It started with my inheritance, an old very worn Rolex watch that I knew nothing about. Thanks to Google, I found Noble House Jewelry on SSI and there I found Zoe! The minute you walk in you know you are in the right place. She was so knowledgeable about the watch, and well, EVERYTHING jewelry! When I told her about a bad experience, I had with another jeweler down the street she was genuinely concerned insisted on helping me. I’ve been wearing a plain old nugget ring since 1982. A few years ago, I had a diamond out of another ring set in the nugget. Then last year I decided to have the diamonds out of an anniversary ring placed in the nugget. Simple…I just wanted to float the diamonds in the crevasses of the nugget. At the recommendation of a friend, I went to an “established” jeweler on the island. When I explained what I wanted, the lady seemed to understand but I could never speak directly with the jeweler himself. So, I left my most prized possession with her to create what I wanted. Long story short, NINE months later, I get an email - she/the jeweler could only set the 4 round stones in the ring, that they were not able to set the baguettes in the ring but could make another ring with them for more money. Needless to say; NOT what I wanted. I got my stuff and ran. When I told Zoe the whole story, she could not believe it and began to tell me exactly what she and her jeweler/designer Peach would do. I was overwhelmed! I took a day or two to be sure and went back to see Zoe. She sent pics to Peach and they spoke on the phone about how to put it together. Zoe got it exactly as I wanted and Peach made it happen!! Being with Zoe made me feel like just two friends talking about any and everything. It was a pleasure to shop here!!! We were on vacation and stoped at another jewelry store in town, where I had picked out a 2 ct Diamond ( they did not give me the full detail of the Diamond) and a ring for my wife that had to be ordered after paying for the ring we left and continued on our way we saw Noble Jewelry House LTD. We stopped just to look after meeting an employee who was one of the nicest people we had ever meet ( Jesse ) and after we purchased a few items we come back in and meet the owner Zoe, we talked and I was telling her what I had just purchased for my wife she started asking me some questions about the Diamond I had ordered that I could not answer after telling her what I had agreed to pay she was shocked that I was not advised of the color, clarity, cut, and grade of the Diamond…. She offered to have a Diamond from her main office in Kansas City to be overnighted for us to look at ( this Diamond was a 4.03 ct weight and was a Perfect cut diamond ) that was absolutely gorgeous and my wife fell in love… Zoe, then advise me of the price of that Diamond that was a little more in cost for double the Diamond!!! At that point we were so happy that we had to cancel our original Diamond purchase. We are so thankful that we found a place like this that will give out information not even knowing if we were goin to buy or not!! This place is amazing and the staff will go above and beyond to make a new and returning client happy!! Thank you for everything...

Needed a ring sized down and called around everywhere to find someone local who doesnt have to send it out in the mail somewhere. They told they would try expedite it, but I assumed it would be a few days at least.

They called me back a few hours later saying it was ready for pickup! I was thrilled, and the ring fits perfectly! Got to talking with Zoe for a while, she definitely knows her stuff.

I've seen some other reviews saying they felt they were being "sold" on products they didn't come in there for. What people need to understand is any business owner who takes pride in their business and their products, naturally wants to tell any new customer what they have to offer, especially when it's great quality!

Also keep in mind, a lot of places will not repair a piece you did not purchase from that store. So if Noble House is able to do it on site and in a very short period of time, it's worth paying a premium rate for (in my opinion).
