Part 1- My experience started over a year ago. I went in with my Kay engagement ring unable to find a band to fit. I prefer vintage styles and showed Lynn my inspiration photo. The assistant manager, Lynn, told me how they can make custom jewelry and I ran home to get a ring that had been handed down to me for two generations to talk about having a custom ring made. Ultimately, even when knowing our wedding date, Lynn suggested that I wait for a diamond show next month because there would be endless settings and diamonds and she was sure they could find me a ring I would love and if I didnât, which she doubted, we could do the custom ring. So I did. I show up for this show and wait for Lynn to help me. After not finding any rings to fit my style, it was explained to me by the store manager, Jesse, after I showed them all a picture of my inspiration that I had shown Lynn, that this particular show was a Monique Lhuillier show and wasnât close in comparison to my taste. I told Jesse I wanted to do the custom ring. But, because I had waited at the advice of Lynn, to come to this show, I wouldnât have had enough time to get it back before my wedding. So I had to go home to think. The next day, I went back, and because they didnât have a band to fit my ring and now I couldnât have one made, I chose to get an entirely new engagement ring and band, which really upset my husband and have a diamond from my heirloom ring put in a pendant for a necklace. They order the rings and they told me the engagement ring would be available in one week and the necklace would take a little longer but the band would be coming California and wouldnât be ready prior to my wedding but I could borrow the display from the store. A week later, I go back to get the rings. They werenât sized. Jesse told me as she was ordering that she put in the sizing request. So we send the rings back to be sized. Wait another week. Lyn calls me and tells me my necklace is there so I go after work to get it, and they canât find it. I asked her how they couldnât find it when she just called me earlier and told me it was there. She explained she was calling people based on the listings in the computer. I Go back the next day and they told me it actually was there, they just looked in the wrong place. My necklace was supposed to be a gold, floating pendant, and they put it in a silver bail pendant. My wedding is a week away now. I start crying in the store. And Lyn says to me, just because your necklace is gold and the pendant is silver, doesnât mean you canât wear it. I told her it wasnât what I wanted and that it was going to be in all of my pictures. She told me there was nothing she could do to fix it before my wedding. She didnât even offer to call the store manager. I had Jesseâs cellphone number so I texted her and she told me to come back the next day and she would take care of it and she tried. She drove it to the jeweler and he was to overnight it because we were suppose to leave the next day for my wedding. So we stayed home an extra day, losing the money for the first night of our trip. I return to the store the next day, and he placed it an a gold bail pendant and not a floating pendant. Still wrong. But at this point, we had to leave for our wedding. Still with the wrong jewelry. After our wedding, I get a call that my band had arrived. I got to pick it up, guess what, NOT SIZED. I take my watch in that I got as a gift, which they carry but wasnât purchased there, and I had also purchased my husband a $1,000 watch and asked if they would Lynn if she would remove two links. She told me it would cost me $199. I couldnât believe she said that to me after everything. Then they have to send it my band off for another week to be sized. I go back a week later to pick it up, a diamond was missing from the band. I can not even believe after all I had been through, this was...

At this point, I have had enough and just decide to keep my ring that they damaged and my necklace in the wrong setting because I had no more trust. Here it is, a year later. I take my ring in for the warranty and decide to have the gash repaired. I look up tracking on it a week later and it says I donât have a warranty and the repair hasnât been started. I call the store to find out what is going on and she tells me she would call me the next day, no surprise, she didnât. $319 custom order fee the have a stone placed in the wrong pendant, twice and remain there. Over $6,000 ring, $600 warranty, $2000 band, another $99 service fee, $300 chain, $1,000 watch, and $1000 menâs wedding band, theyâve never offered to do anything to rectify this and you canât speak to anyone above the store manager. All of this happened, and a year later, they still canât even keep their word and they donât care what theyâve put me through. Because my husband bought my original ring from here, we are forever stuck and they...
