Very rude manger I go in there a lot to get smoothies but not anymore I went in there to use the bathroom I was going come back to get a smoothie but I left my phone in the car so I was leaving to get my phone the female manager she maybe has reddish curly hair can’t remember but she told me in a very mean disrespectful way to only use the bathroom if I am buying something and I saw her start to talk trash with her other co workers about this you guys really need to train your managers better or fire them simply as that let’s correct this situation please I know you guys...

Great smoothie choices overall -- but I am absolutely not fond of this location anymore. One employee in particular always seems to bypass me whenever I come in. I order my smoothies online each time and go directly to the pick-up counter. When a customer walks in after me, she goes directly to help them instead. Sad to say but this is the worst location I've been to. I visit the Alps Rd location about 5 times a week but tried this one because it's closer to my house. The employees here are very slow and made my order incorrectly. I politely asked them to fix it and I was told I was wrong and that my order was correct even though I could clearly taste the difference. I'll never spend my money at this location again. Sometimes the extra drive is worth it so visit the Alps rd location and you'll actually enjoy...
