Hardee's — Restaurant in Georgia

Very disappointed! This is my second time picking up my order and been treated like this. I won't be spending another dime and have told everyone. Very racist, i saw them speaking to certain people. This was about 915 am on Wed 4/16. 4 people in the front no one speaks at all. I see orders on the counter so I let the lady know who I was picking up for she didn't acknowledge me. I repeated myself giving the benefit of the doubt that maybe I wasn't heard. O she heard me alright. Her reply was "why does that matter to me". Wow this is how we treat customers. This is the absolute worst Hardee’s I’ve ever been to. I’ve had more or less the same experience the few times I’ve came through the drive thru and today as dine in. The food is good. However, the employees are rude, they were bad mouthing other employees in front of patrons, they were talking about how an employee didn’t clean the floors well because they used old dirty greasy water, and they have no idea what they even sell. I ordered the kids grilled cheese meal, and was told “we don’t sell grilled cheese”. I had to point out the fact that it’s on the massive menu...

First off the dining room was locked up during dinner time which is kinda weird and when I went thru drive thru & Ordered 2 5.99 big bags and I got the double cheeseburger and hot ham and cheese the double cheeseburger was so old the meat was hard and the bun was hard as well I ended up giving it to my dog. the hot ham and cheese which my dog wouldn't even touch so I threw the whole ham sandwich away the only thing good in the bag was the fries no wonder that place doesn't do business...
