There is ample parking available immediately in front of the store, which I liked. However, the store itself is very small, cramped, and difficult to navigate. There were tons of people in there in the middle of the day on a july Wednesday, and it was uncomfortable to shop. I had trouble understanding the layout of the sizes etc as it was my first time visiting, and items are arranged by type, but size sections within each style rack are not labeled, and I browsed for quite awhile before realizing everything is clumped by size within each rack. Oops. Staff are friendly but very busy. The inventory on my particular visit this week was not great. Mainly racks of leggings in crazy bright colours, but not much of a discount at all. The markdown prices were the same as what you'd pay for items from the wmtm section of the website. No deals beyond that, and substantially less selection than what you can find online. It seems to be strictly an outlet rather than a hybrid store, so they don't have any new or regularly priced merchandise in addition to the markdown items at all. Staff = excellent

First and foremost, the amount of people that are always in the store is wild. Despite this, I have never seen an upset employee or an unhelpful one. Everyone usually is smiling and happy and I love going there because sometimes you can get steals of deals! It is a hit or a miss for sure, especially with sizing BUT with prices being so great so often, I don’t mind going up or down on something here or there if I really love it. Generally I don’t have a hard time finding my size (10-14) and see lots of 0-2’s and 14’s+ as well. They are always stocked high on current accessories (though selected ones only, but it’s cool to get a deal on something you see for full price at a retail...

I visited this store a few months back and I remember how great my experience was . I was greeted by Jasmine and she was absolutely amazing. She greeted us in warm and friendly manner instantly making us feel comfortable and welcomed . She offered to help and checked up on us multiple times which was greatly appreciated. She also went out of her way to search for items in the back of the store to make sure we got what we were looking for. We ended up purchasing multiple items instead of only a few thanks to her willingness to provide excellent customer service. She was also charming and charismatic while speaking to us at check out. It was pleasant experience and we will definitely come back....
