Jack's Family Restaurant — Restaurant in Georgia

This place was a very nice place to go when they first opened up. People were eager to help, attitudes were positive, and food was great. Unfortunately for the past year, the customer service has gone down hill. I have worked in retail for 18 years and know all about customer service and how important it is to have a positive experience to represent your business. The people that took my order last month ..Me at the window- "I have an online order I placed online and need to pick it up and I would also like to add to that order because I forgot something". In a very rude tone " No you can't add to the order". I said ok I can pay for it separate. The employee in Very Rude Sarcastic Annoyed Tone "What do you want?". I mean really! They didn't give me a receipt or I would have left a review earlier. I have had a bad experience morning, noon, and night here. Different staff, bad attitudes, bad service. They seem so annoyed at the drive through window getting your orders ready. Your system was supposedly down tonight at 10:40 on 8/19/22 and said to come back in 10 minutes pushing it 10 minutes before they close. I just wanted a milkshake. I would not come back 10 min before they close because I know how it feels to help customers later than your open hours. Oh well. Customer service and willingness to help customers in a positive attitude is really what this location needs. I have not had any issues with food during my experiences there. I've been coming here since they opened up..love Jack's...but my last 3 visits have been a lil bad. I go through drive through. A guy jus almost throws my food at me I'm trying to put my wallet up he yells here ur food kind of stong an hateful..the next time it was pull up we'll bring it to u...an I had to go back in for sumthin they left out of my order..an just now same thing pull up we'll bring it to u...again order wasn't complete had to park go in an wait for the rest of my order to b cooked. Walked out an they left out apple pie an fries even after the wait in the drive an waiting inside..ridiculous...I'm not one to complain o understand the business bit come on...thank u have a great day...ok so I'm back after gettin home I ordered an apple pie an I'm home with what a strawberry pie....I'm allergic to strawberry...thanks much appreciated....I'll b going to Wendy's down the rd...

I went through the drive through they made me repeat my self 8 times I then went in and they was bad mouthing me and complaining about how rude I was and stuff then went to back of house and wanted bad mouth me more . Then they took my order at the front of the house they then shorted me a drink I then told them and they wanted get angry with me . They took 10 minutes when the food was already made and then just sit it on the table and walked off . Once I get To my car they didn’t give me my ketchup had to go back in for that then the chicken was hard as rock fris was soggy and the burger my mom had was tough around edges and my sister saled was suppose he chicken blt salad between drive thru and inside I repeated my self over and over again they still failed to get it right and she asked for French they gave ranch very poor service and the manager was very rude to customers...
