Jersey Mike's Subs — Restaurant in Georgia

If I was rating just this location and personnel, this review would be a 5, as it is super clean and attractive decor and a big upgrade over the old outdated location at Market Place Blvd.

But unfortunately due to Jersey Mikes corporate standards, presumably, on the amount of steak portioned out on the Giant Cheese Steak it pulls this down to a 3. It is really a disgrace for almost $16.00 for this sub to have such little steak and since this my second time with a negative experience at two different stores I now attribute this to corporate standards.

When I order the Italian cold and Roast Beef cold giant subs I don’t see this issue of such a tiny amount of meat. Despite a great tasting sub and bread on this Cheese Steak, I can’t order again for this ripoff price.

I have at least two other options in the area to get a large portion of steak for a much more affordable price, which I will not mention by name, as this is a review of Jersey Mike’s and not to promote any...

On march 22nd, I ordered 2 subs, and upon finishing the 1st half of one, I bit into an about 1/2" industrial screw, cracked my tooth in half, and was super painful. I wasn't even offered a refund, only the lady behind the counter, "Paige" (think her name was, nice person, not the manager) "documented" everything, and assured me that I would get a call from a owner or manager. It's been weeks, and still no word. Every time I've tried to get a hold of them, I get the run around. This is seriously disappointing as I've been a customer at different locations for at least 15+ years! I wouldn't feed the homeless with their food, for free. Attached is the last bite of the sandwich, that I spit out, along with a screw and half a molar!! Atrocious. Please...

The franchise owner was very professional in his/her response regarding the quality issue. Offered a complimentary meal and they did make up for the initial issue. It’s now my new favorite sub. Portabella mushroom sandwich is delicious!

Ordered portabella mushroom and cheese sandwich. There were no more than 3 measly pieces of mushroom. See photos. Really jersey Mike’s? You can’t use more mushrooms when literally only that and green peppers come with the sandwich (I requested jalapeños). What is the reason for it? You’re still charging the same amount for no meat and 2 veggies...
