Jersey Mike's Subs has quickly become one of my go-to spots for a satisfying meal. After a recent visit, I’m happy to say that this sub shop stands out from the competition for all the right reasons. From the quality of the food to the overall dining experience, Jersey Mike’s is doing a lot of things right. One of the standout features of Jersey Mike’s is the way they prepare their hot subs. Unlike other places where your food might sit under a heat lamp, Jersey Mike’s takes pride in cooking their hot subs fresh to order. This makes a huge difference in the taste and quality. I ordered one of their famous hot subs, and the moment I took a bite, it was clear how much the fresh preparation adds to the flavor. The bread was soft and perfectly toasted, the meat was hot and flavorful, and the cheese melted to perfection. You can truly taste the care that goes into each sandwich.
In addition to their hot subs, Jersey Mike's offers a wide selection of cold subs and other options, ensuring there’s something for everyone. Whether you’re craving a classic Italian sub, a hearty Philly cheesesteak, or a lighter turkey and provolone, their menu has you covered. I appreciated the variety, as it means I can come back and try something new every time. Plus, they offer customization, so if you want to add or remove toppings, it’s no problem at all.
The staff at Jersey Mike’s also deserves a mention. From the moment I walked in, I was greeted with a warm welcome and genuine friendliness. It’s clear that customer service is a priority here. The employees were efficient and attentive, making sure my order was prepared exactly how I wanted it. They also worked quickly, which is a big plus if you’re stopping in during a lunch rush or on a tight schedule. It’s refreshing to see a team that works together so seamlessly to provide a positive experience for their customers.
Another thing that stood out to me was how clean and well-maintained the building was. The dining area was spotless, and the tables were cleaned promptly after customers left. The cleanliness extended to the restrooms, which were also in excellent condition. It’s details like these that make a big difference and show that the team at Jersey Mike’s takes pride in their work.
Overall, my experience at Jersey Mike’s was fantastic. The combination of fresh, made-to-order subs, a diverse menu, friendly staff, and a clean environment makes this a place I’ll definitely be returning to. It’s rare to find a chain restaurant that delivers on all fronts, but Jersey Mike’s has exceeded my expectations. If you’re looking for a place to grab a delicious sub, I highly recommend giving them a try. Whether you’re in the mood for something hot or cold, hearty or light, you’re sure to find something you’ll love. I know I’ll be back soon to explore more of their menu and enjoy another satisfying meal

Read moreRude customer service. Will not return. I will not pay to be insulted. I walk in and no one is at the counter being waited on, so I walk up and wait. I was barked at.."what are you getting?" or something like that, no welcome greeting. I order the #7 turkey.m, Mike's way minus tomatoe. She walks away, doesn't acknowledge my order, and assist another customer at the register. Then comes back over to where I am and begins to make my order... so I thought. She begins to slice ham on to bread and in my mind I'm thinking maybe she didn't hear me so I ask is that my turkey? She stops looks at me and says, "turkey isn't red, no". I reply oh OK. She continues to make the sandwich and it then makes sense to me... she making another sandwich and not mine. But no one is around, turns out it was another order I guess called in or ordered online. So I continue to stand there and wait. The other ladies are in the grill and another I can't tell what she's doing. Finally she's done with the other order and begins to make mine....I assume. No communication, I'll be right with you, one moment, nothing. So I'm watching her make the sandwich and she puts tomatoe on it. I ask is that one mine? (yes) oh I didn't want tomatoes on it. She takes them off, then asks are you allergic to them? I tell her no. And she puts the tomatoe back into the container with the other tomatoes, mind you she had already sprinkled oil and vinegar on them. Continue to make the sandwich and complete cashing me out.
It's just a way to talk to ppl, acknowledge a customer. I get it now that you're multitasking but I didn't know that. It was just rude to handle it the...
Read moreNormally this is the Jersey Mike's location I frequent, like once every couple of months but weekly in the past years. I never had any problem before this. BUT NOW I WILL NEVER PATRONIZE THIS LOCATION AGAIN! So I ordered a Giant #20 (pastrami) on wheat. I NEVER RUEBEN IT... I ALWAYS get it hot, Mike's Way, extra lettuce and switch the Swiss out for Provolone. I called in the order cuz I had a coupon. I get back to work to find my $13 Pastrami sandwich has NO TOMOTOES, NO ONIONS, NO EXTRA LETTUCE & SWISS INSTEAD OF PROVOLONE. I called back, but not with attitude because they were very busy at lunch and these people know my face. PEOPLE MAKE MISTAKES, I KNOW THIS! The Manager (I think the Asian lady is the manager) proceeded to tell me "NO THAT'S NOT WHAT YOU ORDERED!" and "NO YOU DIDN'T ASK FOR PROVOLONE CHEESE!" dead serious and WITH MAJOR ATTITUDE! I suggested that while she has probably taken hundreds of orders, I ONLY MADE ONE. So is it more likely that I didn't know what I really wanted or ordered OR that she confused my order or just wrote it down wrong? She said I was wrong and continued to argue, with what sounded like a full store so she was really unprofessional. So I had to just hang up on her. I did the survey and relayed all this and never heard from anyone!! Guess I'm down to Firehouse Subs only, less bread in my...
