I really don't enjoy writing negative reviews, but I also know that honest feedback helps others. I love Jersey Mike's, quite possibly one of my favorite places to get a sandwich. However, I would never go back to this location. If this had been my first time eating at Jersey Mike's, I'd never go back. I ordered through the app, there was something incorrect with both sandwiches to include even using the wrong bread. Both sandwiches were supposed to be "regular" sizes and one was significantly smaller than the other. The ingredients on the turkey sub were not fresh, specifically the lettuce was all brown. I looked at the lettuce in the store too and it was also changing colors. The staff was not friendly and I felt unwelcome, unlike other locations where they greet you and are happy to take an order. The one thing they did correctly was completing our order on time. If you are reading this review, please don't avoid all Jersey Mike's locations. They have great food, but I highly encourage people to make another food choice if planning...

Someone needs to remind the employees that the hours on Monday night 8/16/2021 are the same as any other night which is 9pm that means at 9pm then you can start cleaning the grille and your closed for buisness. I came in wanting a chicken Philly when I walked in the time was 8:39 and they said the grille is closed because we already cleaned it and it supposedly takes 20 min to clean it. I told them nevermind and on my way out I informed them that it is 20 min before you close. I said if that's the case your sign needs to say we close at 8:30 because we have to clean the grille so we can get out of here at 9pm that is not how a job works what ever time you close is the time you can get ready to start getting ready to leave. Very disappointed with these employees. There is another crew that works on the weekend we'll at least when I went that were very good and friendly and made great sandwiches. This crew tonight needs to learn the hours of buisness is the time you close the door and stop serving customers until then you serve...
