At this location, I used to be a regular, but stopped coming when my orders were wrong on a consistent basis. I remember one time when I ordered the Vito sandwich. When the driver delivered it to me, it was clearly a plain slim sandwich. I know that people make mistakes and I always have respect for those who work into customer service, so I didn't allow the situation to make me become upset initially. I called and respectfully explained that my order was incorrect. The young lady on the phone over talked me and was rushing me. I asked her 3 times to repeat my order back. She ignored me all 3 times. I asked again, and she finally responded to repeat my order back very fast as if she was annoyed and then said something to the effect of, "Please make sure to have your uneatened sandwich ready to swap out." I thought that it was tasteless, disrespectful, and definitely a poor reflection of Jimmy John's usual persona of giving great customer service that is freaky fast delivery. I didn't leave as a customer then as I really should have, but my orders after that incident were incorrect about 5 times out of the 6 times that I ordered online in that same month. I don't even customize my orders with ridiculous requests. Simple things like cut the sandwich in half, selecting the option for napkins, select if you want mayo, etc. I would often get a very dry sandwich that didn't have any mayo like I stated, the sandwich wasn't cut, my drink wasn't large like stated, no cheese was on the sandwich, etc. I don't know what the people are looking at when they prepare these orders, but it doesn't reflect effort. I can understand if what I expected wasn't listed on the order, but it is freaking detailed on the receipt and taped on the bag upon delivery. So out of the hundred times I tried to overlook these mistakes, I soon realized that it was more so of choices being made than mistakes. This was not the case a couple of years ago. Jimmy John's used to be superb. So, I am no longer a customer, all menus have been discarded from my area in the workplace (where I used to excitedly urge my coworkers to order from here), and I tell anyone in earshot of ordering from Jimmy John's this same exact story. No more. You obviously don't care to have my business or not, so I choose...
Read moreOkay so….I ordered food for delivery. Manager claimed they rang the gate code however the phone from the gate didn’t ring to my phone (neither the manager or my fault obviously which is what I kept trying to say before manager KEPT cutting me off. If anything it was the leasing office fault). She mentioned something about a $0 tip order and that I was sooooo lucky she accepted it. Let me clarify something here….JUST BECAUSE you don’t get tip on a purchased online order DOESNT MEAN you won’t get one in person. Little does she know I had a $10 sitting here waiting for my delivery person. Also, tipping is OPTIONAL based upon the service you receive. It is not mandatory. I work in TV and never get tips on my job and neither do ton of jobs. It’s not my responsibility to makeup for the low wage you receive on your job that you signed up for but if I feel you did a great job I will Indeed tip because I chose to. Very insulting. If she acted like this I’m Glad I didn’t tip her. She didn’t deserve it with those customer service failed skills. Owner kept cutting me off wouldn’t even let me talk to explain to her that I wasn’t BLAMING HER but in fact was just trying to explain why I was unable to answer the gate and was in the process of apologizing for the gate being down until she made me flustered by saying that her drivers shouldn’t be responsible for me not answering an out of service gate. She then accused me of Lying of not receiving phone calls. If I know I paid money for something and received a phone call in regards to my order WHY ON EARTH would I NOT pick up and risk losing my money. Let’s not be silly here. Only good thing that came out of this situation was that the order was voided (I am monitoring this at my bank though because I don’t trust after she said she gave my order away) but it seems like she was already flustered as soon as I called out of curiosity of it saying my order was delivered regardless so the conversation was destined to be a disaster either way even though the restaurant is only but 10 mins away. She acted like she drove an hour. Keep in mind I NEVER had a negative experience like this before but I won’t be giving this location any more of my business....
Read moreI came in on 08/16/25 placed an order at 5:07 pm there was one guy in there servicing the whole place taking 20 orders. Per my receipt his name was Jordan. Jordan messed up my sandwich order. I didn’t see it until later that day when I was ready to eat it. I call the following day at 12:30pm asked to speak to the manager who would not tell me his name. I told him what happened he said that people call all the time to make complaints just to get a free sandwich. They close at 12:00 AM and I should have called within that timeframe to rectify the issue . Number one I did not know Jimmy John’s closed at 12 AM because I rarely eat there or that location. Secondly, it doesn’t matter when I report it I’m telling him if the situation he said There’s nothing he can do and he did not know about the issue from yesterday. I asked him what if this was him going to another restaurant and he could not eat the sandwich that was given to him because it had something they were allergic to and had Jalapenos on it that you didn’t ask for He had nothing to say.Truthfully it was not about replacing a sandwich, it was to let him know that his employee was there by himself and mistakes happens. he did not say I’m sorry he did not say much he did not seem to care. He actually did not have much to say besides call corporate. He wasn’t going to fix my issue. This is unacceptable. He hang up on me I called back 2 times to rudeness. I will not be going back to this location. This is definitely bad for business and he need to be...
