Jimmy John's — Restaurant in Georgia

Horrible representation of Jimmy John's... I waited an hour for my lunch that never arrived... Called to find out why my ordered showed as "delivered" which in fact it was NOT... The first guy I spoke with asked to call me back while he contacted the driver for clarification... Obviously, the driver delivered to a location other than mine... They advised that they would have to remake my order and deliver it. I provided detailed directions since they now couldn't seem to find my address that has been here for 15+ years and delivered to multiple times, on the map or the common sense needed to make a phone call to the customer if unsure of where to go.. For my inconvenience, I asked could they compensate me or offer some sort of gesture of Goodwill and was passed on to the "...manager..." Jacob;who immediately made the assumption that the driver had called me before hearing me out... Jacob is a poor listener, poor communicator, and he's very incompetent... So much so that he canceled my delivery but didn't think to refund me my money once I told him that I would contact corporate to right their wrong in my horrible customer experience!! I called the customer service line who provides very limited services... After being advised that I needed to speak with the store directly about my refund, Jacob hung up in my face twice and stopped answering the phone... So yes, I had to drive up there for Jacob to process my refund... THIS FRANCHISE IS HORRIBLE... JACOB...

I have been going to this Jimmy Johns for the last 2-3 years. I am a regular when it comes to the Tuna sandwich. Usually I can't go wrong with it. However, lately (past 3-4 visits/ 3 months), they have not been putting enough tuna, ONLY enough to cover half the sub. I would not complain if it was not spread out evenly because I can do that with a spoon but it only covers half with a thin layer. This will be my first review on a restaurant ever because I was so disappointed. I spoke with the manager there and he said that is how much they are required to put on the sandwich. I have written them a private message on the website to see if this is something that is a local store standard or a corporate wide. I have yet to hear anything back and it has been a month. I am just appalled by how they are charging a full 8" size and only putting a kid size amount on it. The other sandwiches seem to be fine but if you are looking for Tuna sandwiches, you should go somewhere else.

Update: Jimmy John’s responded to this review (see below) and I submitted the info and details they asked for or requested and it has been a year now and still no response. Please don’t ask for feedback if you’re not even going to do anything with it … very disappointed in such a large company and a place with good food most...

Where do I start?! I door dashed Jimmy Johns and I get a call that they don’t deliver to my addr. and I would have to order the location at west pike st. Granted they’re both 7 minutes from the house and when while I was explaining this to Brett I herd this girl in the background yelling at him saying we don’t deliver there. Moving forward I went to the Jimmy Johns website clicked the location on Pike St and after I ordered again and it typed in my address online it said it was getting made at this location! I call them again and tell them when I type in my address it is directing me to them. At this point I tell them just to make the food I’ll come up there because now I got almost 100 dollars Out of my bank account for two subs. Then Brett says he will deliver it anyways doesn’t even knock I call and said he already delivered it. Well then the DoorDash order says deliver on top of threw the Jimmy Johns website. So now they got my tip from the Jimmy Johns website and the door dash. I’m out almost 100 dollars now for two subs me and the wife would have much rather used that on something nicer than Jimmy Johns. Also I still came up there to get a receipt that they voided it and the lady with the glasses back there was so rude!! She had brown/black hair and glasses also she wrote me a nice letter on...
