I normally wouldn’t bother to post a review but I have been experiencing some not so great orders and service from this location in particular. I am an avid customer of Kale Me Krazy since they started popping up and I have my favorites off the menu. With that being said, here’s my piece - I recently order a total $21 item which I get quite often to split for lunch and dinner which is the wrap $12.75 and side salad $7, ugh 😩 multiple times the salad was just not worth the money (literally a couple of bites), the lettuce is always old, and this last time was so watery, I won’t be getting it from this location again. Then previously I would get the Grounded smoothie but every time I order it from this location it’s just not good at all but from other locations it’s amazing and my go-to. At this point, I’m over it 😤. Which saddens me because it is the closest one to my house. I just wish I could’ve added the video of this disaster. I believe that you should prepare food as though you are fixing it for someone you love or want to...

I came here for celery juice today. I have been juicing my own celery for a few months but wasn’t able to access any today and didn’t want to break my streak.

They are charging $9 for a 16oz bottle of celery juice.

$9 buys about 6 stalks of celery at your average grocery store. This makes about 64 ounces of celery juice if you’re doing it at home.

I understand that the demand is high - but there is a certain limit to how much you should charge for “high demand.”

ALSO - Medical Medium/Celery Juice Benefits (the “official” celery juice accounts on Instagram) recommend that the juice be refrigerated for no more than one night - if absolutely necessary. This juice came from a container in the back and my bottle was the very last of the container. So... who knows how many nights it had been refrigerated.

I love this location and their food so much! I didn’t think to leave a review until my most recent visit after the manager went above and beyond— I had ordered the watermelon juice (I actually snagged the last one) and an avocado toast. While the watermelon juice was only made yesterday, I opened it and it had a very sour taste/bad smell. Little did I know, while I was googling if watermelon juice can go bad that fast (which it can speaking to how fresh this juice is, no preservatives!!), the manager saw my reaction to the bad juice and immediately got up from her conversation with someone. I got up to the register to ask if I could switch it, and to my surprise, the manager already refunded me and told me to pick another juice to go! Out of all my visits (which is a lot) that was the only issue I have ever ran into, YET they went above & beyond to make it a positive experience!!...
