The boba is pretty good. Service is slow. I stop here about 2 times a month with my daughter. I have been ordering online because it is always so slow and crowded.

This last time was the worst. I ordered online and I waited at the end of the counter like I always do. I was then told to stand in line, like I should have known better, they were kinda rude. There are signs everywhere saying “skip the line” with mobile order instructions. It’s also not my first mobile order so this is a change.

I waited in line. Got to the front and they wanted the confirmation from the app ( I ordered through the website not the app because they don’t offer and IOS app) . I didn’t bring my phone in because this has never come up before and there are zero instructions saying I needed a confirmation. I go out to the car get my phone, stand in line again and my drink wasn’t even ready. Took 22 minutes (estimate was 10 min) from order to pick up to get my drink.

I asked if there was a policy change and they explained that people were just taking drinks. She then pointed to a small sign that said “pick up here” but doesn’t say mobile order and also isn’t where you actually pick up your drink. There are many many skip the line signs at eye level though. They then stuck all of the in-store drinks on the counters end where anyone can take them but hold mobile orders hostage. Won’t mobile order again. Will avoid coming back if I can...

We were greeted upon entering and that is where the customer service ended. Who we assume to be the owners were meeting with investors. As she was offering them water, she failed to say excuse me to get my attention and flung the water fridge door open, forcing me to step away. My son was nice and closed the door as she left it open. There was 1 family ahead of us as we took longer to decide and 1 seated with his order. So, it was basically empty. We ordered 2 drinks and 3 food options. Atleast 15 customers/orders with multiple items came in after us and received their food and drinks long before we did. 15 mintues later our number was called for our drinks. We asked about the food and was told its coming. 5-10 mintues after I approached the counter again and was told pork buns take longer. A worker went to check an order that was bagged on the counter behind the register, no where near the pick up counter and low and behold 25 mins later, there is our order. Who knows how long it had been sitting there, they offered no apology, just shock and a "someone made it togo," as if that were our fault. Food and drinks were good although all of order was not hot because it sat there for...

The menu was extensive for a Sweet Shop, so I hope they make the menu look a bit more simple so you can kind of decide on how you want to try things.

We ended up trying a little of everything. First off, the chicken..it says “marinated” but I was expecting the seasoning or flavor to be wet like a sauce not dry like a rub. I didn’t want it to be crunchy..but actually it was good, juicy, and full of flavor. I didn’t expect that from such small wings, and they weren’t whole wings btw.

Next, the Buns
we got a mix of half and half and I liked both the Taro Buns and the Custard. They both give a different sweet with a pleasant surprise inside.

I usually get pork dumplings, but this time I wanted to try the shrimp. They were full of meat (which was nice) and I liked that it had spice but wasn’t spicy. I love the translucent color in them, but the container had sauce on the side and it was filled too much for me to dump my dumplings the way I like.

The crab rangoons were the same as traditional rangoons.

The rose milk and Thai tea were perfect.

One scoop of vanilla ice cream with mango pop was all you need.

I also had the Snow Ice and it was HUGE.

We got take out...

I had a nice cute date at this place. The decor and vibe of this place were very nice and welcoming. It’s a very cute place. The staff were very kind and helpful. There was a particular staff member who took our order and was very patient with us. Everything was absolutely delicious. We ordered a Strawberry fruit tea and a Wintermelon green tea. We also ordered steamed pork buns which were freshly made and had a nice flavor. The pork rice bowls were to die for. As a Puertorican, we LOVE our fried pork so this particular plate was my favorite. We also ordered the Taiwanese salt and pepper chickninis which were amazing! I had a really good time here. You can visit with family, friends, have a relaxed date, or do some work/studying. I highly recommend this place and will definitely visit again.

I would’ve given a 5 star rating for atmosphere except the smell of something (perhaps a cleaning chemical?) was very unappealing. The crĂšme brĂ»lĂ©e latte was amazing! As was the Thai tea. You can customize the level of sweetness. The marinated chicken wings had a very unique texture, and were tasty. The yummy spring rolls come with 2 sauces (a creamy one with a kick and another that was soy sauce based). The strawberry pudding was too sweet to enjoy and the topping tasted similar to children’s Tylenol. The staff is friendly and helpful.

I love boba tea and this place has some of the best in the area. They have a large selection of flavors and toppings. My favorite is the lychee fruit tea with tapioca bobas and aloe vera. They have an extra large size drink that gives an impressive amount of tea, but has an equally impressive price (nearly $10). I didn’t enjoy the food I’ve tried from here, but I don’t come here for the food so that wasn’t a downside for me. The lobby has games you can play and it’s always clean. The staff is extremely nice.
