I went into the store on June 21 and my fiancé and I ordered our wedding bands. Alaine (a manager there) sold us our rings. Both rings had to be ordered and we were told they’d be ready around July 4. I got an email that mine was ready early July and so I called the store to see if his was ready yet. They said no not yet. I was okay with it being delayed a little. I continued to follow up 2-3 times until August 5. On August 5 I explained that I need to know when it’ll be here because we were a month passed the date it was supposed to be here. The manger could not find the ring there and could not give an explanation of where it was or anything. Instead she said.... “We send rings back after one month if the customer has not called us back about them so that’s probably what happened.” So she blamed the situation on me when I never once received a call from them about EITHER rings. But I did call and follow up myself a few times. What I think really happened was that they did not order his. She told me on the phone on August 5 that she would reorder the ring. But...she also did not have it recorded what size my fiancé needed? I don’t see how it isn’t in the system...my fiancé had to tell me what size he thinks he was because they didn’t have it down anywhere. Hopefully it fits.. anyways, I went to pick my ring up on August 6 in fear that something would happen to mine if I didn’t. I talked to a staff member who isn’t a manager and I didn’t get her name but I asked her to make sure it was ordered. She could not find anything about it but said she’d order it for me. Today, August 13, I called and spoke to the other manager Jemark, and he could not even find the info about the ring at first. He called me back and said it’ll be here by August 29 at the latest. Read moreI brought in my engagement ring to be repaired. The woman I originally worked with was very helpful and recommended 1 of 2 options to repair my ring. I was on the fence as to which option I should choose so I paid for the cheaper option but was told that I should call back within a few days to verify which option I actually wanted. Everyone I have dealt with since has been rude and unhelpful. I spoke with an employee last night that wasn't able to find any record of me coming in, wasn't able to help me, and said she would talk to her manager and call me back. I never received a call back that day. This morning I called at 9:50 and was told to call back in 10 mins so they could get their systems up and running. When I called back at 10:20 I explained the situation and throughout the call felt like she was hurrying to get me off the phone. I didn't really feel like she ever listened to what I had to say, and was reminded several times that she wasn't the one that worked with me. I have been shopping at this location for almost 2 years now. About a year ago, this store's staff and store manager were very UNPROFESSIONAL and RUDE... I call it how I see it.
But since "New management" came in, they have done a complete 360 of this store and turned it into a place where I love to shop. All of the previous employees have been removed and replaced with hard working/caring employees led by a store manager name Morgan (she's great).
I admit that I have shopped at a numerous of different jewelry stores but since the New Management, I haven't been to a better-managed store. If you are looking at buying an Engagement Ring or trying to find a "Just Cause" gift, this is the place to shop.
Since the new management, I have bought tons of new pieces of jewelry including an engagement ring!! I will continue to spend my money here! This store is a solid 5 stars.
