5/26/23, 557pm I went there for a delivery and received two pizzas from a light complexioned young man she was walking through, and I had no issues except no thank you from him. 4/26/23, 657pm I went to this Little Ceasars for a delivery told this same black female the name for delivery, she handed me the pizza, I placed in bag and confirmed as I was walking out. Again, like a child, she spoke inappropiately, obsessing about my phone. This woman is a manager, I suggest that she be sent back for entry-level training and etiquette courses. The words are, "Can you confirm, please, and thank you." Delivery drivers don't work for businesses. They are independent contractors. This person is a liability. Hiper agressive female. Corporate managers re-evaluate her. I had a third delivery for there, I passed on it, left a reason why, then spoke to driver support and asked that they create an incident report for this woman who refuses to identify herself.
4/24/23, 535pm, I went there to pick up and a young dark, complexioned black woman there behind the counter around 25 years old. I put my delivery bag on the counter to place the pizza in, and the order was not ready she shoved my pizza delivery bag towards me. I got the one pizza minutes later, she never said thanks you or please confirm. I went there today around noon to get another delivery, as before I told her the customers name and items. She retrieved the three pizzas, placed stickers on it and I confirmed that I had the pizzas, I had the pizza bag on the counter to insert pizzas, she then insisted to see I confirmed, I told the young woman it was done while she was putting the stickers on the box, I stated, , "Please hand me the pizzas." She said," Send another driver." I advised her it does not work like that, I don't work for you, hand me the pizzas, the order is marked as being picked up, I have a Pizza Hut delivery also. She still insisted on seeing the phone. The Google map was showing for the direction to the Pizza Hut 300 feet away in the same shopping plaza. She then handed me the pizzas, I placed them in the bag, then called me rude. There were three other customers inside the store. I have a 98% acceptance rating and deliver all orders in a timely manner. This young woman was abrasive, rude, arrogant, and highly disrespectful. I wear a Doordash laundered around my neck with the red card inserted in a plastic sheeft. I wear everything except the red tee shirt. As of today, I have completed nearly 3500 deliveries with little to no problems. I am a 56 year old African American who has been doing customer service for 40 years and 27 year retired Maryland State Employee....This woman was rude, disrespectful, ignorant and humiliates herself as well having a poor attitude. 7/23/23, 1830hrs went there for delivery same black female manager refused to give me two pizzas after I verified customer name and confirmed pick-up of items right in front of her, stated,"I need to see your phone." I said, "Please." She said, "I'm not saying that!" And pulled the pizzas away. I exited the store stood to side and contacted Doordash support to have the order canceled. The black female woman came out to speak to me but I had earbuds on and was going through automated prompts. She came too close and I was standing to the right of the doorway. I believe she was trying to engage in an argument or physical altercation. I then advised Doordash of this and contacted the Dekalb County Police Department. Officer McMoore responded spoke to me briefly and then the woman. I found it incredulous that he was advised by the manager I could still take the pizzas and I was welcome back in. I told him the order was canceled over thirty minutes ago when she refused to hand me the pizzas. He then gave me the report number on a business card. The listed phone number calls to a female voice that says, " This is not Little Ceasars." I have been attempting to get the corporate information to report this location. It is not the other employees only this...
Read moreThis is the only little Caesars near my home. I am new to the area. Each time I have gone there the customer service is very horrible. Each time I go i deal with the manager. Not sure of her name but she is the one with the bad weave with diamonds on her lashes. The first encounter i waited at least 20 or more minutes for a hot and ready pizza. That was crazy to me but I was thinking maybe just maybe this is a busy night. My last encounter I didn't look at my pizza and when I finally did it was old and dry, it actually looked burnt. No I did not see the sign that said no refund. Now I can understand the policy but if I as a customer was not satisfied I really feel like I should have gotten a fresh pizza if she could clearly see that the pizza wasn't fresh. Ok once I was told there is no refund I just told myself that I just would not go back. Ok now comes today. I decided to give it another try, it's been a couple months. So I approached things differently this time I asked what kind of pizza did she have ready. She said " pepperoni and cheese. I said ok I want one of each. As I was giving her my money I asked if I could see the pizza and she told me that they don't show their food. So immediately I said as she was making change to give me " I can't see my food? I can't see what I am buying? She said "No!" Real nasty so I asked for my money back. The register was not closed and I didn't have my pizza in hand yet. She said " we don't give refunds and closed the register. Tossed my 2 pizzas on the counter and said again there are signs all around that says we don't give refunds. I told her every time I come here it's always something with you. She told me that she never seen me in her life. I told her the customer service with her is always bad. She said to me " why do you keep coming back then. I told her that I wanted to support the business bcuz its in my neighborhood. I did let her know that was going to complain and I will keep coming back til she is gone. I will say this. I am calling the news media and I will let all my family and friends know about her and to not support this store. Whoever the owner is they should be ashamed for this woman to even be representing them or their business the way that she does. She is reflection of them and it's so sad. My pizzas are old. I have photos and if I gave call the police I will get my money back. Your thinking all of this for $10.86? Yes its my $10.86 and I work hard for it. Hell I could have gone to pizza hut right...
Read moreI want to give credit where it's due—especially to the staff member I believe is the manager. The food and service today were great. That hasn't always been the case, though.
Sometime last year, I had a bad experience: the pizza took forever and came out burnt. I gave it another shot, and unfortunately, the same thing happened. Still, I went back a third time. The food was better then, but the wait was still long. By the fourth visit, though, things had clearly improved—food was good, service was fast, and customers were moving in and out smoothly.
To me, that kind of turnaround suggests there might have been a lot of staff turnover behind the scenes. I can’t say that for certain, since I always go through the drive-thru. Oddly enough, I keep seeing the same people each time. The person I assume is the manager—because he seems to be the one answering the cashier's questions—has been there since my first visit, when things weren’t great.
Whether he’s the manager or not, I just want to say: great job sticking it out and helping things improve. That says something.
Most people don’t leave reviews. They’re busy with family, friends, and everything else that demands their attention. I don’t have those distractions. But being alone doesn’t mean life has to be sad. I think there’s value in noticing the little things—especially the good ones—and speaking up when someone’s doing a great job. Maybe most people would see my life as a sad one. But I’m content. I get to see the good in people, and sometimes I get to say something about it. That’s...
