Daniel Cardona manager terrible as manager, complain about this piece of chicken I’m paying for 17$ and this manager, he did not do anything about it and also said that it was not his problems that chicken breast supposed to have bone , and talk bad about the founder of the restaurant Kalimar and his family on my face. He said he don’t have anything to do anymore that he he’s terrible, also his attitude and personality as a costumer service it was really disappointing. He should improve his costumer service and communication a little better to take Los bravos Mexican restaurant again to the top. That’s why so far the restaurant probably has 4.1 on rating and not better than that. The food was good . But also they should consider get a different manager. I was manager with Junior on los Bravos Restauran at Decatur Location and never see a manager from another location being this rude to a costumer. This time as costumer . I don’t know if what’s he communicate is true but he said the restaurant Kalimar doesn’t owned anymore that me don’t worry about him. But he literally is taking the name of the restaurant and giving bad Name to the “Los Bravos Mexican Restaurant family restaurant “ I used to know . Anna the manager from Decatur and his family should actually take some kinda notes for the chain not go down the drain. Really disappointed I will never visit this location again. This restaurant is a joke. We stopped going there after we saw the multiple terrible (one was one point from failing) health inspections they’ve repeatedly had. I mean, in all honesty we should have stopped when we saw “the blob” and smell in their restrooms. They also illegally delivered margaritas via Uber eats so it was easier to justify. In restaurant they’d also push you to get another drink for the road. My daughter really wanted “the blob restaurant Mexican” for her birthday today. I went in to place our to go order. When I got home, two items were incorrect and one was missing. We had company so I said I’d come back in around an hour to get it. With a friend status one on the heart transplant list and needing my support, the food took a back seat. I called the restaurant and before I could even tell them why I didn’t come, I was scolded for not picking it up. Based on that, I advised them to refund my tip and the burrito due to the poor treatment from this call. I was interrupted over and over as well as hung up on. When I called back with the credit card they requested, I was told they did not need it as they had it. I asked why they even had me get it he said “I was trying to make my job easier.”

While I should have learned my lesson previously, I have now. Disgusting facilities, poor health reports, illegal activity, and degrading treatment over their mistake. Save your time and money and drive through Taco Bell for better...

Come here if you want to wolf down your food because there is apparently a time limit at the booths. The waitress asked twice to take our plates, in a fairly short span of time. Then someone else walking by asked to take them. The third time the waitress came for the plates she just put a napkin on my plate and said, “Here I’m taking your plate.” No asking or confirming with me. At that point I didn’t want to finish eating off a plate soaked in napkin, so I had to be done. After all, the wait staff combined had asked me 4 times, and my plate was obviously needed in the dishwasher ASAP. Or maybe she thought I was too fat and didn’t need to finish eating. We weren’t there for an excessive time at all. I’ve waited tables and understand about clearing tables (when people confirm they are done). But when I go to a restaurant, I do like to feel like I can safely put my fork down periodically without sounding the table bus alarm. It’s also not like people were lined up and waiting. It was just time for us to stop eating and sit at a cleared table. They were not in a similar hurry to bring the check. Had been coming here for a few years and liked the food.
