Asked for cheese and got this. That's not even the end of it though. I called to tell them about this mishap and they were rude to me like if I was lying. They did not want to make it right and just treated me like a liar. Did not offer refund or just the pizza. I just wanted a pizza I could eat, this had bacon which I can't eat due to religious reasons but that was no concern of theirs. Do not visit this location or any marcos l. Just go to dominos honestly.

Mess up my order EVERY TIME. I paid $8 for the entirely wrong salad. I ordered garden no cheese or onions. What did I get? Greek all the onions and all the feta. Pizza is decent. However they’ve messed up our order more than once then it just feels like overpriced pizza when they can’t get it right. Service is usually good and pizza is usually ready quickly but would be nice if the toppings were correct.

I ordered a medium cheese pizza with onions and this is what they brought me. There is barely any cheese at all. So I basically got pizza dough and tomato sauce. We used to order from this location a lot, but over the last few months, service and food quality is terrible. We will not be ordering from this location anymore.

It was July 29th, 2022 around 6:30pm-7:00pm. I was picking up a DoorDash order when the store seemed to be very packed and backed up with orders. An elderly and kind lady had been waiting patiently for her one pizza that she ordered. When she asked for the status of her pizza again, she was told her pizza was given away and had to wait even longer. This is not the worst part. After waiting longer than the time given by the cashier, the lady wanted to see if maybe her pizza was put on the ready shelf. Suddenly, the general manager comes out and starts YELLING at her to back up repeatedly. The lady can barely speak for herself as she is already soft-spoken and the man is overpowering her. He keeps yelling at her to backup and not even letting her speak. Once he goes back to the kitchen, I hear him say to his employee to void the order so she would not get her pizza. Thankfully, they didn’t do that. It was the worst thing I have witnessed in customer service. NO employee, ESPECIALLY the general manager, should be treating a customer like that, especially since she didn’t do anything wrong. Thankfully, other customers came to her defense. The lady began to cry, and the manager couldn’t careless. The customers demanded she got her pizza as well as a refund for the poor service she received. When the customers continued to complain about the general manager to the employees, they said “we can’t do anything about it since he’s our general manager.” Once she left with her pizza and refund, I saw the general manager and an employee (who kind of looked like him) begin to laugh with each other. I can’t help but to think they were laughing at her, but what is there to laugh at? He made an elderly lady cry and thinks it’s funny? This man has let the authority and power of “general manager” get to his head. I don’t know what would of happened if the other customers did not defend the lady. No business should hire anyone as childish and disrespectful as him. He should be fired IMMEDIATELY for how DISRESPECTFUL he treats the customers and how he handles the store when...

We have been ordering from this location for years and our experience has been always great, until tonight. DJ, a shift manager was extremely rude. He and the phone with an attitude, immedietly placed us on hold and once he returned, he quickly says, "We're not taking delivery orders anymore." My wife replies, "I just want to know where my order is." He replies rudely letting her know it was there. She says we ordered delivery and the tracking says that someone picked it up. He replies, "No you didn't. Are you going to pick it or or do you want me to cancel it?" I noticed my wife getting frustrated with DJ as he continues to cut her off. At that time, she was unaware that she selected pick up and simply wanted clarification. She said to him that she just wants to know what happened to our order because we put in our address, assuming we selected delivery for the online order. Their conversation escalated and I took the phone. He continued to speak rudely to me. I asked for his name and the store. He said he didn't know the store number. I replied, you can't deny telling me the store number. I am going to write a complaint. He replied, "I don't have to give you anything." Then he hung the phone up on me as I was still talking. I called back and spoke to someone else and canceled my order because of his attitude and honesty, I didn't feel comfortable about picking up food from someone who treated us like he was annoyed. It makes me wonder and unsure if it may or may not be compromised depending on his mood. I am not even sure if his actual name is DJ. I went here the other night. When I pulled up the young man at the window just looked at me didn’t greet me. I gave him my name he said don’t see it. I gave him my first name don’t see it. So gave him my number and he handed me the pizza and walked away. I get home my pizza wasn’t cut and had a pool of oil on it and my sun was meatball when I order steak. I called and the GM was so rude and even hung up on me. I go to the store and he says I have your order ready. I told him I would like my money back. He said fine and threw the pizza on the table. I asked for the owner contact and he said I’m the GM I advised I didn’t want to speak to him I want to speak with the owner he said you will not speak with the owner. I have NEVER in my life experienced anything like this with a GM like are we kidding the worst customer service I have ever experienced. I order from this place every Friday and I will never ever order from here again. I have already contacted the corporate office for franchising. I don’t know who the owner is but he should get rid of these rude young kids. The both of them were down right nasty I was boiling hot.
