I have been a customer of this store since it opened at that location. From the home i owned on chiaberry lane. To my current home on market court. Ive been hete 4 plus years and order regularly. My wife called last night to pkace an order. She was abruptly told we r out of delivery area and she had no time to discuss the matter as they r short handed. I called back and spoke to the girl.whi again said we r out of area. I said weve been getting drluvery 4 tears. Did u change something? Are u new there? She said No. Ive been here a yaear and 1/2 . We cant deliver to u without manager approval. I said okay. Lets do that. She said hes out. I said whens he getting back? Hes not on tonight. I said okay well id like to leave my name and # and u r? She said Melissa i believe. I said because i will be calling back if a manager doesnt get back to me. She took my info and i said why would i lie? Cant yoy see my info on screen. Steak bruno guy? She said i dont have time to look. 2 minetes later my phone rings Marcos . 2 rings and stops. So i call back . A gentleman i didnt get the name of says. Your gonna to stop talking to my people like that and listen. I said talk like what? I left my number for the manager. He says u need to listen. Your 5.2 miles from here our delivery is 3 miles. According to my phone,ur website im exactly 3 mikes away. He said LOOKR u listening to me thetes 3 ways to get food from this establishment. 1 is to Lusten and not dis my people. 2 is to check ur attitude. That was the end of my listening and as i again tried to say i want to speak to a manager. He hung up. I called by t his morning well noon. I said hello id like to speak to a manager please. Click. Thought it was a bad connection So i called back. Phone went to a busy single. Once more and a gentleman said let me get u someone a few minutes later someone just hung up phone. 5 years of doing buisness there always tip well. Many large party orders and tjis is how these employees are taught to treat people? Or not but either that is the exact rruth if thus matter. I disrespected NO ONE. I tried finding out why i cant get service after 4 years with no problem. I hope to get a response here as the future of steak bruno...

During one of my recent telephone orders, and after a few YEARS of ordering at this location , I was told that this particular location does not deliver to my address. No matter how many times I tried to explain this to the person taking my order, she didn't seem to understand. It took for me to speak with a manager for me to finally be able put my order in. The manager just brushed it off, and made an excuse about it being a "training issue." When I called to complain about there being hardly any cheese on the "cheese bread," I was told by management that the corporate office had "cracked down on the amount of cheese to be used." The next time I ordered delivery, I was told that it would take no longer than 35 to 40 minutes. When I called back an hour later, I was simply told that the pizza "is on the way." When I requested to speak to a manager, he rushed me off of the phone after telling me how busy they were, and that he would call me back. I tried calling the manager back several times, but was always told that he wasn't there yet or that he was not working that shift. Finally, a month later, I was told by another manager that the other manager had been out of town on an emergency, but that he was back and would give me a call that day or the next. 3 weeks later, I have STILL not received that phone call...YET, I receive coupons in the mail with the comment "We miss you!"

Read moreIf I could give 0 stars for service and atmosphere, I would. I've been going to this Marco's for years, and I never experienced anything as awful as I did tonight. I placed my order online at 6:19p, walked into the lobby 6:40p to pick it up because it was marked "ready" online, but then waited nearly an HOUR before it was actually ready!!😫 I was not the only one...at least 5 or 6 other people had the same experience. There were lots of people working, but it was total chaos. So disorganized.😠 I had to ask several times if they even had my order in the queue. The worst part was that when the manager finally showed up and got things moving in the right direction, he did not offer anybody discounts or free pizzas. Then, when I got home with my 3 pizzas, the special order was wrong, and the bacon pizza tasted stale and disgusting. 🫣 Inedible. I asked the manager to give us discounts or free pizzas to make us all happier customers, but he did not want to do that. I will NOT be going back again, and I will be calling corporate. 😡Side note: At one point, I had to tell an employee to pick up the chicken wings off the floor so nobody would slip on them.
