-Manager Sarah Lynn lary hung up on me -Disrespectful employees -33 minute wait in drive thru -PLASTIC IN BREAKFAST BURRITO My wife orders our food at the drive thru. She orders 2 buttermilk chicken biscuits, 1 sausage mcgriddle, 2 sausage burritos, 1 egg and cheese biscuit, 2 hash browns, 1 hotcakes, 1 large sweet tea. The total is $15.28. She was told to pull off to the side and your order will be brought your car. Before pulling to the side. My wife asked the cashier to put mustard in the bag. The cashier agrees to the mustard. My wife pulls over as requested. Her wait is 21 minutes. Food comes out, the hash browns were ice cold. My wife asks the person whom brought the food, how long for hot hash browns? 5 minutes he said. Now another 5 minutes added to the 21 minutes. Approximately 5 minutes later the food comes out. Now my wife realizes someone failed to put in the mustard. Now my petite framed, 5 foot tall wife feels compelled to exit the safety of the vehicle at night in the dark at 4:58 a.m to retrieve the mustard herself. Or go through the drive thru again. The total wait was approximately 32 minutes. At the drive thru at a fast food restaurant. I call and ask for the manager. A lady by the name Sarah Lynn lary the supposed management in this established. I simply stated my name, then proceeded to say I am taking my complaint to corporate. I need accurate information to relay to your corporate office so the correct people are held accountable. I need the names of employees on shift. Sarah refuses to allow me access to the first name of all employees on shift. Sarah Lynn lary proceeds to say, she isn't allowed to release this information. I stated, I don't understand because employees wear a name badge with the first name. Sarah says to hold for someone else to deal with me. While on hold, I hear a female employee yelling to Sarah " ALL YOU HAVE TO DO IS HANG UP THE PHONE ". Sarah comes back on the phone. I repeated myrequest. Sarah says bye. Then hangs up the...
Read moreI have never had such a terrible experience with a fast food restaurant. We had a card issue in the drive thru, so we opted to go inside as to not hold up the line. As we entered, the front counter was completely vacant of any employee. Two young girls stood near the McFlurry machine, giggling and play fighting and glancing over towards us. A few other employees acknowledged our presence, but continued talking amongst themselves and gossiping about work place drama. Another young girl, wearing a McDonalds uniform (whom I presumed to be on break), approached the counter and began looking and digging through customers bags that were waiting to be picked up. This in itself is disgusting, but during a global pandemic is even worse.
We stood in the lobby for around 10 minutes before one of the two girls in the back reluctantly approached the counter. She took our order, then informed us it would be out shortly. It was, in fact, out shortly, but at the expense of two forgotten drinks. We had to remind the girl at the counter a few times about these drinks, only to receive watered down, disgusting soda water.
I will never set foot in this establishment again. All fast food places in Armuchee are bottom of the barrel, and this just proves it. I truly hope something is done to improve this store, but I highly doubt it, considering how poorly they choose their...
Read moreI don’t go to this McDonald’s too frequently, but my past experiences have been decent. I haven’t been in probably 1 year though, that is until about 3 days ago. I was outraged with the experience. I ordered a Happy Meal with a Dr. Pepper and they give me a large coke! Not only this, but they didn’t believe me when I told them it was t Dr. Pepper. I asked for another Happy Meal with chocolate milk, and they forgot it completely until I asked them again. I asked for BBQ sauce. No surprise- didn’t give it to me! Also forgot a whole 10-piece chicken nuggets from my order. I asked for a plain buttermilk chicken sandwich. And you put tomatoes, mayonnaise, and lettuce on it! How hard is it to make it PLAIN like I asked? I have to go inside and ask them for a new one. They say it will take six minutes for a new one. I waited about 10 minutes! This experience would have been more reasonable if they were busy, but we were the only car. The last order of the night. When I was inside getting my sandwich, over half the staff left.
