The new middle aged Black female cashier with very short hair was rude and provided very poor service. I waited 15 minutes for 1 large fry as I watched 3 large fries be served to drive thru customers and while I watched my cashier package large fries into 3 different mobile delivery orders as I continued to wait. They made 2 batches of fries as I watched all the fries in both batches be served to everyone but me. I was the only customer waiting for an order. When I asked my cashier why I was made to wait for 1 fry when the drivers got the delivery orders had not even arrived yet and she did know and became frustrated when I continued to ask if that was their policy. She just walked away and continued bagging delivery orders. I asked for the manager and the manager asked what was going on and right in front of me she told the manager "she's fussing about why she had to wait." Is that how you train your employees to talk about your customers standing there listening to you? She has no comprehension of what customer service is. I don't expect Chic Fil A service at McDonalds, but I don't expect rudeness from a grown woman who should know better. The younger Hispanic female manager explained the policy was to package delivery orders first and service drive thru, but it really just depended on who was working meaning someone else may have provided me my large fry and sent me on my way and then gone back to package delivery orders where the driver had not yet arrived. Truly amazing, but not surprising because I often visit this location and always have a long wait even when it's not busy, I always am served old hard strawberry cream pies, the fries are very often not filled to the top and you charge almost $4 for a large fry, fries often not fresh. It's clear the crew and management could care less and while I'm sure losing 1 customer means nothing to you, my money being spent with a company happily serving poor quality food and providing poor service means everything to me. Read moreSo came here around midnight, waited in line for over 30 minutes not to get any food! So I pulled up in there drive through and the drive through screens were blacked out. However, there was another car in line, so I assumed they were open. Their website says they closed at 1 am. So I pulled up to the first window and waited 10 minutes a male associate looked out the window and never acknowledged me. Didn't even order because it looked like their screens were down. So I pulled up to the second window waited a female associate kept looking out the window and never acknowledged me. She looked at me several times and then she was in their playing with a female at the counter who did not even work their. I'm sitting their watching her ignore me and play. Its going on 20 minutes and several cars pulled up behind me and waited! Then they decide to cut off all lights in the drive through. After 20 minutes go by she decides to finally come to the window, doesn't say anything just hands me two cups of coffee I did not order. So I ask her for an explanation on why I have been sitting in this drive through for 30 minutes associates looking at me ignoring me. I told her the screens were blacked out and looked like they weren't working. Look like her name was Kim she says with an attitude they were working I could have ordered. I turn to my bf and he tells her the same thing. Then the male associate tells me they been closed, but funny thing is he saw me through the window sitting their waiting a long time and never said anything. I ask her to call her manager up their. Her manager comes to the window I explain the situation to him. He basically brushed me off and was trying to see what I wanted to order. So I asked him for his name and pulled off. Read moreSo today was my turn to make a lunch run. I noticed from the mobile app that the Grand Mac was available again so we decided on McDonald's which was right across the street. When I get to the counter I verified that the menu board showed the Grand Mac was available. I started my order and chose the large Grand Mac meal for myself and the 2 cheeseburger meal and 10 pc nugget meal for my co-workers. Halfway through the shift manager comes over and tells me that the Grand Mac is not available today. I inform her that her menu board says otherwise. She then tells me that they have no control over what corporate puts on those boards but they cannot sell me a Grand Mac today. Not wanting to make a scene I relinquished and just ordered a Big Mac. while completing my alternate order i was asked what type of sauce i wanted with the nuggets. I chose the sriracha sauce and she put that in the order. Well here we go again. I am informed by another person that they are out of sriracha. So after I chose buffalo I hear the shift manager again say that they are not out nut that it has been discontinued. So they have it but I can't have it although it is on my receipt and available to be chosen in the mobile app. Well you can count me out for this location until they learn about...
