McDonald's — Restaurant in Georgia

If ur not gonna actually make the order then don’t be on Uber eats. Had order cancelled once before and now another order that I have been waiting on for over an hour and have gone through two Uber drivers trying to get it which makes them lose money. Am beginning to believe staff isn’t even making my order nor plans to… at that point cancel it the second I make it or don’t be open on the app at all … wasting my time as well as the drivers. If I could give 0 stars I would cause that’s ridiculous. If it’s low staff problem then don’t be open for orders on the app!

Edit: finally got my food after 2 hrs for fast food… and I’m missing parts of my order lol as expected. Not to mention my drink spilt in the bag which ruined all the food that they did give me, which I guess can’t entirely be blamed on the restaurant, but the way they packaged it did not make the drink too secure. I’m not one to leave reviews and this is my first one but … What really has me upset is the wait time and forgetting parts of my order. I would advise to not order from a delivery service at this location ever.

EDIT 2!!! So come to find out the driver is completely not at blame and everything is the restaurant. I picked my cup up to drink what little sprite I had left that didn’t spill out and … my cup is literally cut open. As in there is literally a slit going done the entire side of it (imagine squeezing a plastic cup too hard and it splits). It’s beyond large too so how did the workers not notice this when they were filling the drink up??? It spilt by me just slightly tilting it. How do you mess up that poorly? I understand if it’s a low staff issue and they’re under immense amount of stress but that’s when the restaurant needs to stop taking online orders if workers can’t...

If I could give a zero star I would. The man who was working, I assume the manager, was absolutely disrespectful. I had ordered my food through their app for curbside pickup. The app malfunctioned and never told me when my food was ready and would not let me enter a curbside stall for them to bring it out. No big deal, technology sucks, I figured I could go inside and get my food myself. That was not the case. He was adamant that they did not have a curbside order on their screen, even though I could see the bag and drink with my name on it sitting on the counter. He ignored me and continued bagging food for other customers. I showed him a time stamped receipt and where the funds for the order were taken from my account. He refused to give me my food because my receipt did not have some magical number on it. Claimed he could not re ring my food without that magic number. As a former McDonalds manager myself, I know that he is a liar. He refused to refund, he refused to give me the food I had paid for, and he said he was not allowed to give me his name so that I could report him to upper management. I am a breastfeeding mom who has worked all day in retail on black friday weekend and needed some food that I was refused after being a paying customer. Absolutely terrible customer service. Will...

I've never bothered reviewing a McDonald's. I mean...whats the point ? Oooh...sometimes there's not enough salt on my fries or only one pickle slice. But the quarter pounder I got yesterday was disgusting. And maybe I should mention the container the fries were in...sort of..was not even put together. There was nothing holding the sides together so I had a bag full of loose unsalted fries and the fries container thrown in the bag like an afterthought. The burger patty was a bunch of chunks that was only held together by the cheese. And what was that slimy, grease that was dripping out of the burger ? Not just a little drip. This was a constant dripping that actually filled the bottom of the container. I had taken one bite but the consistancy caught my attention immediately. Mushy. And my mouth was coated with that grease. That's when i looked at the burger and saw that clear icky stuff dribbling out. I held the burger while it dripped in the container for a few minutes. Later, I looked at the box and burger. That greasey stuff had coagulated into a solid. Like when you melt butter and it solidifies. We were already on the highway when I broke out the food or I would have brought it back and asked them what the hell. They packed it. They knew what they were putting in the...
