Upon entering the restaurant, I saw a worker servicing the ordering kiosk and no one at the counter. I just waited a couple minutes to see if she was going to greet me and explain where I can order. A few minutes passed. Finally, I asked her " is this kiosk the only way to order or can I order at the counter?" She behaved as if I had inconvenienced her with my questions. She pointed to the other side of the kiosk and said, "Use that one we only takin to go orders." No smile, no nothing. I am just sick and tired of rude and disrespectful workers not doing their job and providing no customer service and then wonder why customers are not friendly. Immediately after I finished my kiosk order, a family of 6 comes in and a worker Immediately appears at the counter and took their order. It was weird to me because I was just told to-go orders by kiosk only right now. So I went to the facilities to gather myself. I come back and my order is sitting on the counter with no drink cup. So now my fries and burgers are getting cold while I wait watching at least 6 workers see me at the counter and ignore me for several minutes. I mean, I made eye contact with each of them and no one acknowledged me. Finally, someone comes to the counter not to ask me what I need but to give out the next order to a customer after me. I had to catch her before she turned to ignore me again i am missing my drink cup that a drink comes with my order. She studies my receipt then hands me a cup. Again, no I'm sorry to make you wait or anything. And while all of this is happening, one of the kids from the large family vomitted on the floor next to the drink dispenser. The mother said sorry and explained what happened to a worker. And you guessed it, no one was in a rush to clean up the vomit. In fact, it was still there when i left. I will not be back. And I hope the staff get either retrained...

When I pulled up to the window the employee opened the window two inches and took my card without speaking to me. Then he handed it back still without speaking to me. I received a notification that I was charged $23.70. I pulled up to the next window and the young lady at that window told me that my order had not been paid for and my total was $15.45. I tried to explain that I think I was accidentally charged for a different order and showed her on my bank account that I had just paid $23.70. The girl went and got her manager who came up and rudely snapped "where is your receipt?" I told her that the young man didn't give me one and showed her the charge to my account. I asked her f she could go back and void that charge and I would happily pay my $15.45 for the correct meal. The manager then told me that she wasn't going to go ask him or look into it at all and that the payment didn't go through because it was still showing I owed $15.45. We went back and forth for several minutes as I tried explaining that I do owe $15.45 but I needed her to either void or refund the money I had already paid. She kept telling me she wasn't going to refund anything or give me my food. Then she started speaking in Spanish to the other employees. I understand more than enough Spanish to know that she was accusing me of theft. She also repeatedly called me "gringa" to my face. The most unprofessional experience I have ever had at a restaurant. I paid for my food and left and the charge for the $23.70 is still on my card. The manager's name is Elvia and honestly she needs to be removed from a customer...
Read moreFor the past 6 years this place has been fine for me, but ever since getting remodeled there has been this horrible new employee. Shes a short, large, hispanic woman that resembles Jaba the Hutt. Anytime I come here I ask for Mac sauce. When ANY other employee here or at any other location they will do this without question. But tonight, Sunday Sept. 30th, she says "No have." to which I replied "no, I just got a big mac that has it on it. Could I please have some of the big mac sauce on the side." to which she says "no, only cup sauces". And I told her that any other employee would give me this sauce but she refused to so I drove away without saying a word. She was disrespectful with no hello, no have a nice day etc. and was very sour/negative as if she hates her life. Also about a 2 weeks ago, by the time I got there at 11:45pm, she had closed the restaurant when closing is at 12. I pulled up and she didnt even have the courtesy to say we are closed and when I pulled up to the window blatantly ignored me too which I took my business over to Taco Bell who WASNT closed early. Also my mcchicken was very dry as if it had been sitting out which it never has been under anybody else's supervision. Please get better employees like the guy who has been the normal manager...
