McDonald's — Restaurant in Georgia

I placed a mobile order online last night around midnight. (1st time pacing on app).The mobile app, online website and the store hours on their door has 3 am closing time drive thru. I arrived at the store around 1245 am. I see cones blocking off the drive thru and told the employee who was cleaning the parking lot that I had a mobile order that was already paid for. He instructed me to park and go knock on the door. When I went to the front door I could see the assistant manager on duty tell the drive thru worker to assist me at the door. I told her my issue and she reported back to him. She then tells me his 1st suggestion was to go back on the app and get a refund which isn't an option on the app. His 2nd suggestion was that I return in the morning. I then asked the employee if I could speak with him personally as she was walking back and forth relaying messages. I'm watching him through the door on his phone, now plugging it up to charge, while the employee continues to struggle to get him to assist me at the door. He precisely greets me briefly with "I'ma tell you just like I told her" Very unprofessional and rude. He stated his name was Lee and wouldn't give me his last name. I spent my money and was looking for a solution not a run around. Change your store hours online, your front doors, and mobile apps to prevent mishaps like this. Went inside saw construction but no signs saying the inside was closed if there was a sign the paper on the door was in small print and was not visible inside was not blocked off.So I went inside and said excuse me do you guys take orders inside a lady named Candi that claimed she was the manger flips out on me and says can’t you see the inside is closed can you not read I said I did not see any signs and the door was open being that I saw people in plan clothes walking in/out I assumed you guys were open.I said i understand your closed but why is your attitude so nasty your whole discomposer is nasty I will make sure to call corporate she goes I don’t care.I ask for her name and manager and she says she is the manager and gave me a fake name.But her name was actually Candi.I ask for Corporate number but she refused to give it to me.I go to drive through and ask for the supervisor I see her but she refuses to come.They tell me that I can get Corporate number from the front window.I drive around and I see the supervisor I ask for her again and she comes to the window I explain what just happened and she apologizes for her employee but says it’s nothing she can do.I ask her why she wouldn’t come to the window and she says she couldn’t get to the window.So disappointed in the customer service the staff is so Rude and nasty I should post the video on...

This place is the worst restaurant that could have possibly be put in this area. Arrived at the drive thru stated I wanted a bacon McGriddle no egg no cheese. I can’t eat cheese with a small caramel frappe. Got to the first window to pay for my food, and the older lady very pleonand professional charged me for a large frappe instead of a small. On the screen my total was $5 and some change. When I pulled up to the first window my total changed to $8.62. She asked me did I want a medium frappe, I said no a small. But I didn’t make a big deal about it I went with the medium as you can see from my receipt. Upon pulling up to the second window I was not greeted by an older lady with NO CUSTOMER SERVICE SKILLS AT ALL. I knew that my sandwich would not be correctly made. She handed me my food, and I looked at it. It has egg and cheese on it like it asked for it not too. I told the rude older lady. She yelled PRISCILLA!! She said her sandwich is not right, I’m like ???? Customer service was thrown out the window. Priscilla whoever she is walked up to the window snatched by bag, and just had them throw my bacon on 2 cold McGriddles. She was rude when she came to the window towards me so very unprofessional. I will not be coming back here at all. And will let people I know to not frequent this restaurant . So I threw my sandwich in the trash. Bad...
