Like any McDonald's. It's gonna be a hit or miss on employees and food. But today's encounter deserved a review.
Imagine driving around, you have a terrible migraine and all you want is some relief. What better than some salty fries and a crispy coke? A decision was made and a few moments later you're in the drive thru. It's not busy, you pull up to order and a kind voice asks if you are using the mobile app, you decline and proceed to order the Large fry and Large coke. The person hears you, repeats back your order and tells you your total. You thank them and pull around. You pay with no issues and proceed forward to the next window to get your food. The window opens and a gentleman hands you your coke and your bag of food and tells you to have a good day...you respond in kind and pull forward to a parking space.
Now here's the moment of truth. Will you get what you are craving or a soggy mess that leaves you wanting?
Your coke is so crispy that you hear it crackling and popping in your cup holder. Good sign. You pop a straw in and take a sip. It almost burns with the crispness. Pure joy.
You then move on to the fries. The bag is hot. You snag a fry and it's hot af, you feel the salt under your fingers. You taste it and the pure crispy, salty goodness takes over. Absolute bliss. The whole Large box is like this one fry. You could almost cry with how absolutely wonderful this meal is.
You then proceed to finish your crispy coke and hot, salty fries in the parking lot. Watching multiple people try to order from the closed smoothie king.
Moral of the story? It's always gonna be a hit or miss when it comes to McDonald's. But when they get it right,...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreThis is for the McDonaldās off of Hickory Flat in Canton Ga. The Closing manager Kaitlin (not 100% sure thatās her name) on Sunday night on 6/5 refused to serve me right before closing. I placed a mobile order at 10:50, arrived at 10:52 then waited where you order until 10:55 , then pulled up to the pick up window. I knew somebody was there, lights on, cars in the parking lot. At 10:58 she finally came out and said they were closed. I explained I had placed an online order and had been waiting for almost 10 min. She said she didnāt have an online order then laughed in my face. I asked who her manager was. she said ā Iām the was the manager.ā I still wanted to know who her manager was. She said āKaitlinā with this smug grin on her face. I think she told me her name. I get it! I understand itās late and she was probably tired. However, she chose her job so she should do the job she was hired to do. Even if itās 2 minutes before closing. She should lose her job for insubordination and just plain lazy. Iām willing to bet Iām not the 1st person she has refused to serve. I was on my way home to Alpharetta so I stopped at the one off Windward Pkwy where they stay open a little later. All the workers who work the drive through there are always polite, prompt and always have a positive attitude. I usually donāt write reviews but this...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreI would have to say my worst experience at McDonald's ever, I was there around 6:50am and left there to go to the chickfila to get my order. This isn't the first times I had rather rude service from this McDonald's location but by far was the worst. I will not make that mistake again, I had the displeasure of dealing with a woman by the name of Sabrina at least that's what she said her name was and she was very rude wile waiting in the second line the man in the first line asked if I had ordered yet I told him no as we waited. Pretty much wile talking to my boyfriend fussing about how long it was taking this rude woman tells me I need to go somewhere else cause she's not going to continue to listen to me cuss in her ear. If you could here me then why were we waiting with no one in front of I note the other person in line for more then a few min. I understand being understaffed and frustrated but that was un called for this McDonald's will not be getting service...
