So first I want to give a shout out to an employee I met name AnaLiese (think thats how her name is spelled) for the amazing customer service she gave me at the first window. She turned a long boring wait into a moment where my kids and I felt seen, valued and appreciated. This employee greeted us with the biggest energetic smile and went the extra mile. Such a delight. So as we pulled up to the 2nd window with that moving energy expecting to get similar energy at the 2nd widow it was the complete opposite. No smile, no hello, no thank you - not a single word was said. Even management behind this other young lady just looked like she was aggravated. It was awkward. At this window we did not feel welcomed, and it felt like our presence was annoying. Just strange. My initial thoughts leaving was wow I wonder how employees are treated here to make their customers feel like this? With the exception of the first employee who by the way I am guessing she is in high school, if she was older, I would definitely hire her for my retail store. So my feedback to management is you need to take accountability and do mini check ins with your team and perhaps training on customer service all the way around. Read moreI used to work as a manager at a McDonald's in Marietta and I have almost always had a dissatisfying experience at this location. I ordered their new quarter pounder with cheese the smoky BLT one today and I didn't even get any bacon on it. It wasn't until my friend pointed out that there was actually supposed to be bacon on it that I realized I didn't have any. I had to wait almost 10 minutes for my food and she had to wait nearly 20 for her food and they brought her order out 3 times trying to give it to other vehicles before they gave it to her. If I could give this location no stars I would seeing the abundance of one star reviews they already have.
If you're going to charge between ten and twenty dollars per person for meals you need to provide the same level of service that a dine in restaurant provides when they charge the same amount that you do. Unacceptable.
Also really grinds my gears that when I went to call the store to complain the number provided here on google said the number you have reached is no longer in service or has been disconnected. Excellent customer service. I guess with how much their business is dwindling they can't afford to pay the phone...
