Wasn't in a rush so I decided to stop and try one of their new promotional treats. It was during lunch time so I was fine with a little bit of a wait. I used the app to order ahead, which was a good call since no was at the counter. I was standing near the counter watching the screen and waiting for my order. My order never came out and no one ever called my name or anything, and then I saw them mark it as served, and then it disappeared from the screen. Then one of the guys handing the food mumbled something to someone, and I heard my name. The customer that wasn't them, and then the employee started walking away. I yelled out "hey that's me." And he continued walking away. Then I waited for 3 more minutes for an employee to even come close to the front counter. I heard them talking about the specific treat I ordered by the drive thru. Then a few minutes later the guy came up to give someone else their food and tried to walk away again, but I stopped him and asked about the treat. He said they were out of the syrup, which they were fine to never tell me about and act like they actually served me. So I asked for a refund to which I received no response, and he walked away. By then my simple mcflurry had taken 20 minutes of time, and now I was starting to run out of time. Someone else finally showed up from the back with cash, and gave it to me without a word and walked away. I was in a hurry and already annoyed, so I left. Afterwards I realized they had shorted me some change. It wasn't much, but it was the extra bit to make it worth posting about.
I understand that they were busy, so I was fine with the wait. I thought the one on Cleveland hwy was the worst in town, and this was the first time I've been to this location, and it will be the last. At least Cleveland hwy never ghosted me and tried to take my money with no respect for me or any of the other...
Read moreFriendly staff on third shift that will generally correct any issues with an order however the rest of the shifts are rude, they will argue with you about any mess ups. Today in particular, I ordered 2 large ice caramel macchiatos o received 1 caramel macchiato and 1 ice coffee with 3 splendas and 3 creams(this was even printed on a label stuck to the cup) when I pointed it out to the drive thru cashier s she argued saying it was my macchiato. She jerked the drink from my fiancee hand threw it in the trash angrily and proceeded to make another one. When I got this one I tried out to be sure it was right and there was no caramel in it. My fiancee went inside to have it corrected and the same cashier proceeds to argue dying she put caramel in it. "It comes with 6 pumps of caramel, if you want more you will have to pay!" She angrily spat at him. I then went in and told her the whole reason he came in was because the was NO caramel in it she again in a nasty hateful tone repeated she put 6 pumps of caramel in it and if I wanted more I'd have to pay for it. I get this drink almost daily, usually on third shift and I believe from now on I will only go in on third shift because apparently they are the only ones who know how to make it. I've even had one associate make one put mocha syrup in it and proceed to tell me that she is the only one in the entire district making it right of no one else makes it that way. She was a second shift manager. I believe this restaraunt needs a complete makeover when it comes to it's staff with the exception of a few on third and needs to be investigated by it's owner. I have asked for the owners contact information and been refused access. I have been in three customer service business for 20 years and NEVER have I seen such blatant disregard to customer satisfaction as I have seen in this McDonald's location. ...
