I was picking up a DoorDash order and waited 40-50 min in the drive thru while watching AT LEAST 7 cars pull off out of frustration of having to wait on their food, other dashers included! My customer even texted me on the app to see if everything was ok. I embarrassingly was forced to call and explain why she had to watch me at a standstill on the app for nearly an hour! When I finally made it to the window I still had to wait about ten min. I could clearly hear and see them being unprofessional by laughing loudly and moving at a pace that TOTALLY misrepresents McDonalds fast food standard. During that timeframe, another dasher pulled up next to me to see what was taking so long. I had no answer. He saw the same things that I saw through the window. He got out of his car and politely approached the window to ask if they could bring his order to the door and that the line was going crazy.. Then I heard a voice in the background LOUDLY order their employee to tell him that coming to the window is not going to make them move any faster. When the lady at the window tried to mediate, asking the man to ignore her, the voice in the back continued; nah, dont tell him nothing. Im the manager and you can close the window!.. NO EXAGGERATION! I was appalled at her lack of concern because I had been waiting so long and the man was very polite. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND rolling back cameras and audio feedback to confirm my claim! My order only paid me 4 dollars in the first place so I lost a lot of time, money and patience to continue working after that horrendous experience, as it was already late, and I work my main job early in the morning! That lady SHOULD NOT be the manager, as she does an EXTREMELY POOR JOB at the task, rudely and boastfully allowing all of that money to slip through McDonalds hands, without a drip of remorse for those who waited. Read moreThis is the worst Mcdonalds to ever stop at for anything.... a meal, a treat, a dessert, etc. STAFF IS HORRIBLE. A pregnant staff member was taking the orders in drive thru. She was not able to hear the order my son was giving to her. The right thing to say was sorry I can not hear you, instead she said why the F_ k will they allow a child to order. The real question was why in the hell was she pregnant with a nasty mouth like that. Of course I did not place the order thru the speaker because I had to the meet this person that was so unprofessional and felt as though I pulled up in her driveway at her house to see her. Wouldn't you know it a young black girl, ungroomed and out of touch with life. I shook my head and just asked for her manager. As I told management about the incident on the speaker the girl stood in back of the manager screaming " I DON'T GIVE A F _K"! I tried to ignore her for two reasons: First and foremost I AM A ROLE MODEL FOR MY CHILDREN! & I DID NOT WANT MY CHILDREN TO SEE ME BEING LOCKED UP FOR ALLOWING A PERSON WITH NO REAL PURPOSE ON THIS EARTH TO TAKE AWAY MINE. Read moreI purchased a cookie pack thru the mobile app, upon arriving at the pick up area I was never greeted or acknowledged so I preceded inside and was told my order was baking, after waiting over 27 min they brought me out cookies on a pancake plate. You could see through the top that the cookies were burnt so I opened the top and all u could smell was a strong burnt smell coming from the plate, I then asked for a refund, the mgr look at me and kept fixing fries as though she was not even going to acknowledge me she said I needed to get my money back from my bank, which is fraud I asked her to call someone over her I could speak with becouse that was not acceptable, she refused to let me speak to anyone else did not give me my money back or any merchandise and sadly they could not assist me but several employees entire families and friends came in and received several meals and desserts for free and their food wasn't burnt. I will be contacting corporate tomorrow for a number for the owner because theft is not something I will accept at all. I am very disappointed in the customer service of the mgr as well as her feeling so free to keep customers money which if they are stealing the food and giving it away I'm sure they are taking the money as well.
