Moe's Southwest Grill — Restaurant in Georgia

This Moe's is located in Hamilton Creek, Dacula. This is the closest Moe's to me after the one in Buford, so I decided to come here for lunch. Since I had a promo code in my phone I decided to order online and avoid the line inside.

Once I got there, there were two hispanic ladies behind the food bar, and I asked one of them if my online order was ready and she did not realize there was one at all. She said they were "working on it" but really they were about to start my order. Isn't this the point of ordering ahead?Avoiding all this? Smh.

Anyways, once I got my food we decided to eat there before, and apparently they didn't like this idea... they kept looking at us and talking to themselves. My mom and me felt very uncomfortable the entire time. Not to mention they were very loud, and disrespectful.

Once we finished eating I couldn't find a trash can bc the one outside was full till the top and I couldn't squeeze anything else inside it. I asked one of them, and instead of taking it, she told me I needed to open the trash can myself and put it inside. Really? I did because I didn't want to leave all my trash there but honestly I shouldn't have.

This is your job, not mine. I'm never coming back to this location, and it sucks because we love Moe's and this is the closest one to us, but I rather go somewhere else from now on.

Este Moe's se encuentra en Hamilton Creek, Dacula. Este es el Moe's más cercano a mí después del de Buford, así que decidí venir a almorzar. Como tenía un código promocional en mi teléfono, decidí hacer un pedido en línea y evitar la fila en el interior.

Una vez que llegué allí, había dos mujeres hispanas detrás de la barra de comida, y le pregunté a una de ellas si mi pedido en línea estaba listo y ella no se dio cuenta de que había una. Ella dijo que estaban "trabajando en ello", pero realmente estaban a punto de comenzar mi pedido. ¿No es este el punto de ordenar por adelantado? ¿Evitar todo esto? Smh

De todos modos, una vez que obtuve mi comida, decidimos comer allí antes, y aparentemente no les gustó esta idea ... seguían mirándonos y hablando consigo mismos. Mi madre y yo nos sentimos muy incómodas todo el tiempo. Sin mencionar que eran muy ruidosos e irrespetuosos.

Una vez que terminamos de comer, no pude encontrar un bote de basura porque el que estaba afuera estaba lleno y no pude apretar nada más dentro. Le pregunté a uno de ellas, y en lugar de tomarlo, ella me dijo que necesitaba abrir el bote de basura y ponerlo dentro. De Verdad? Lo hice porque no quería dejar toda mi basura allí, pero honestamente no debería haberlo hecho.

Este es tu trabajo, no el mío. Nunca volveré a este lugar, y apesta porque amamos a Moe's y este es el más cercano a nosotros, pero prefiero ir a otro lugar de ahora...

So I usually go to Willy’s and spout to everyone how good it is compared to the other chains that do similar food but decided to give more another try. When I came in the employees were watching videos on there phone and giggling in the lobby. Upon seeing me enter they scrambled to their positions and seemed annoyed I was even there. I order by food and the girl making the burrito is very abrupt when speaking and rushing me through my order. When she handed my food off the the cold condiment worker she snatched it and didn’t say a word. I said “ can I have light pico” she then proceeds to scoop 4 scoops of pico. “Can I have Guac?” She then slaps guac all over the burrito and counter with a noticeable frown and agitation in her voice. Finally, I ask for chipotle ranch she then squeezed about a fourth of the bottle into my burrito, gross dude. She then “wraps” the burrito, if you can call it that and smears everything with her hand in the middle like she was sending me a message to never think that I can walk into their store and order their food every again, how rude of me. The inside spilled out and she wiped her hands on the tin foil and threw it in my bag on top of the loose chips. The burrito itself was terrible. I’m truly concerned about everyone else who comes here, NEVER again....

Food was alright, but was made incorrectly. I used to work at Moe’s so I know how everything is supposed to be made.

My stack was missing the first cheese layer that it is supposed to have. When I told the older Hispanic guy working there, he completely ignored me and essentially refused to fix it. The cheese that seals the stack was also done incorrectly. It wasn’t toasted to the point of being crispy and was only melted. This made it stick to the foil. When I picked it up it fell apart because the cheese was stuck onto the foil.

The service was awful overall. I was ignored by the first older guy when I told him my food was incorrect. The second younger guy didn’t speak any English so he didn’t understand what I wanted. The older lady who “toasted” my stack didn’t toast it correctly how it is supposed to be done. All of the employees were having conversations in Spanish while I was ordering.

Additionally, there were multiple salsas that were empty or close to empty. It’s unacceptable because the store was dead. Nobody was even there.

Overall, I’d avoid this location. The food was only decent and the customer service was awful and rude. It’s apparent that the management here is poor. If I was the owner, I’d fire the staff and...
