Moe's Southwest Grill — Restaurant in Georgia

Please believe the reviews!!! I just ordered from this facility and had it delivered. This is by far the worst location I’ve ever ordered from!!! I literally ordered the bowl. And I ordered the grilled veggies. WTH is this!!! I never ordered an half of an onion or bell pepper, and never got the salsa I wanted. I ordered green salsa and they sent red (which I paid for green). So now I literally have to pick through the bowl and take out the grilled veggies and cut them up. Then, where the heck is the chicken adobo that I ordered? This is definitely not a standard Moe’s. Count your days till you close!!! I will never order or patronize this facility ever again!!! I will from now on drive my behind to the one on the East - West connector!!! And to think this is not my first, second or third with this facility!!! Every time I’ve ordered or picked up food I’ve literally have to ask them to do extra only because they are not up to Moe’s standard. And then when you ask them to do just the standards it’s a problem and they get an attitude (which at that point just cancel my entire order) But, because it’s so convenient (although all the disappointments, I rarely order or visit) I always try and support and wish and think things or new management will come in. Nope, never again (all this why l sit here and pick all the grilled veggies that literally looks like they were cut in half and grilled and thrown in my home wrecker bowl). But they wrecked my home and night. I was so happy and glad when I found out they were moving to my neighborhood. I absolutely hate Chipotle. But, just please either close it down or get the facility up to normal standards as all the other facilities! Who the heck wants to pay $24.47 to have it delivered literally less than 5 minutes away and the bowl itself is less than $12? Only to find it’s not edible? I literally just threw the entire bowl away. I could have made my own salad and chopped the vegetables properly and then cooked and added the grilled adobo chicken!!! But then again what adobo chicken?!!! Because it was not there. Like really the facility could have just called and asked if I wanted beef or pork?!!! I’m...

I try this place every so often just to see if it’s better, it’s not. Today, I had the worst portion size I’ve ever encountered. I got a very small amount of chicken and a pinch of corn. Im trying to figure out why they were being skimpy like that when no one was in the restaurant. It’s just me not a huge line to save for someone else.

The food was also not hot. Soo that chicken is sitting most of the day and you have guests come in and you serve bits and pieces of that old chicken? WHO ARE YOU SAVING THE FOOD FOR IF NOT FOR HUNGRY GUESTS COMING IN?

I’m also upset because I first asked for half adobo and half white meat. The girl said they don’t do that. I told her that I’ve always ordered half meats since forever. She could barely tell me why not. I said is that something new yall implemented? It sounds like she made something up on the fly about it being a thing this month? This month? I would’ve heard about it on some platform. She said the only way I can get two meats is if I order double protein.. if chipotle doesn’t do that I know Moes doesn’t 🤨

Then the food isn’t even seasoned. Even the pickled jalapeños had no substance. No pickled flavor no spice. Waste of a chew. I end up tossing half my plate away because I had no chicken to go with my rice. I don’t even remember the corn. If I wanted a veggie plate I would’ve got that.

Then, salt wasn’t even helping. The food lacked flavor. Like why give me 6 chunks of chicken to all that rice???

Like .. yall dare have a tip option available for that poor experience?! I’m gonna just have to start ordering takeout from restaurants if I want good food. Fast food is just not worth it these days. It takes longer, is less convenient & will def cost me more but atleast...

This has got to be the worst Moe's location. They are not representative of the brand and this needs to be addressed. They were out of both chicken and steak and what they did have, was certainly not done in the form seen at every single Moe's I have visited. Their pico is a joke, was not comprised of all its ingredients and the tomato was sliced instead of being diced. This did not end with the tomatoes, the fresh jalapeno was also sliced and not diced. I have the same thing every single time I visit a Moe's and I have never seen their food presented this way. ( I tried to deconstruct the stack to show how large the veggies were cut, see pics)

I had the pork stack and I should have just walked out when they said no chicken, but I was too determined to have Moe's and I paid the price. It was nothing short of disgusting. They refused to cut the stack in half claiming that their policy prohibited it. What policy? I expressed that I have never been told anything so asinine in response to my request. I'm fact, at some places I do not even ask, it just comes already cut. Seriously, who can hold that big thing in their hands and comfortably eat it? She began to tell me that she was the manager, an answer for a question I did not ask. I told her specifically that this was the only location with this so called policy and her pointing out the owner meant nothing to me, since we all know folks can do their own thing and ruin other people's brand.
