Moe's Southwest Grill — Restaurant in Georgia

This is a great neighborhood Moe's. Everyone is very attentive. It is very clean.

Here is an update since my last review... Its like day and night. When I first started coming here, the restaurant was pleasant clean and the food was always fresh.

As of lately, I don't know what has happened to this place. The tables were dirty, not one was cleaned. My husband cleaned our table before I sat down. I looked around and it was disgusting. food on tables and on the floor, not just in a few areas, the entire restaurant. The iced tea machine looked like it was never cleaned, sticky mess everywhere. soda lids were laying on top of the sticky mess.

The staff were not all wearing gloves. and the worse was one of the servers came out of the women's restroom licking her fingers and when she saw that I saw her do that, she quickly ran back in and washed her hands. She was one of the servers that was not wearing gloves.

There did not look like there was any manager onsite as the 2 employees looked like high school students and the other was a Hispanic older woman that did not speak English well.

I don't even want to get started on how bad the salsa bar was, I looked at it and made my husband get the salsa as I was afraid to touch the spoons. God knows when the last time they were cleaned.

Having observed the state of food storage and cleanliness and how the restaurant was being managed, I wouldn't even opt for take away.

It's a shame, I remember when this restaurant opened, and it was clean and it seemed that there was someone in charge looking after the store checking on the customers. Now... I would not go back unless I knew that it went through a deep clean and stayed that way.

While a little out of my way, I'll check out the other burrito place...

The food is always good, tasty and consistent. I been going here from the day they opened. The service and staff has been awesome, friendly and provided excellent customer service always. Great to atmosphere to walk into.One of the best. I was in there today 3/15. The young lady preparing my food was friendly. But a short guy with black hair and hat stepped in finish my ordered. I had a simple requested a little more beans and rice. "The guy got an attitude." To you sir, if its a problem I could've paid for more money. I don't need attitude when buying food. I can pay for extra. I ask for a little more beans and rice every single time without attitude. I notice the rice was sticking together and they couldn't get it off of the spoon. Rice was over cooked, found that up when I got home. Regarding the huy. Wanted to say something to the manager he never made eye contact even when ringing me up. Thats not a good sign of someone that can communitcted effectively or care. I said nothing. He was going 1000 miles a min adhd. 3/15 atmosphere was terrible that today just not to what I used to...

I think his name is Kelvin but I call him Kevin nonetheless I love this man. He greets me and treats me excellent and even if he is stressed out I do what I can to make him smile. This place is the only Moe's I will go to within a 40 mile radius. Why you might ask well that it is very simple. I used to work in the food industry. I know places get busy, dining rooms can be a mess, drink stations can be over whelming to clean, and just chaos can happen. But every time there is any problem Kelvin or Kevin does what he can. I know that the kids these days are impossible to train but he gets on them if they are slacking. The food seems to be up to par and I have never felt sick from eating here.
