CORPORATE NEEDS TO CLOSE THIS STORE OR CLEAN SLATE and HIRE A NEW CREW STARTING WITH THE VERY UNPROFESSIONAL SUPPOSED TO BE GM NAME Joshua Underwood......I hate I have to give them a star, because this store don't even deserve a star. Place my order at 8:31 when I got there my order was under wrong name... my order was wrong I was told they were remaking my pizza only to have given me the wrong pizza again. The pizza the GM showed me that was supposed to be mine looked like it was old and had been store bought and over cooked. I eat Papa Johns all the time and know what a fresh pizza looks like.... The GM his self took a sticker from the old pizza just to put it on the wrong pizza and he was very very very RUDE he should not be the GM of anything until he learns what good customer service is. Not one time did he show good customer service and apologize for their actions instead he argued with me about their fu!! Up.... I had to go down on the other end of Cascade to get fresh hot pizza and they got it right the 1st time it was 10:35 pm buy that time.... I had done missed the whole play off game by the time I returned home. Mr. Joshua Underwood the horrible GM needs some serious Customer service training. Read moreDo NOT order pick up or delivery service from Papa John’s Store # 4763 at Cascade Avenue. There needs to be a 0 star option. This store location has beyond poor customer service & they do not have a delivery driver. I placed a delivery order on the web using my Papa John’s account & a door dash driver was sent out to make the delivery. Problem is the door dash driver only spoke Spanish. I tried using the web Google translator to communicate with the driver how to deliver my order - this was not effective or successful. I called to the store & a young lady answered the phone in, as we were discussing I explained the driver does not speak English. She proceeds to tell me: that is not their problem, they do not have a delivery driver, so the rely on door dash drivers to deliver their orders - which they do not disclose to the customer. I asked to cancel my order & she proceeded to tell me I got the wrong one & she will cancel the order & hung up. B/c of the attitude she had gave me, I drove over to their location to retrieve a copy of my voided receipt transaction & asked for the manager. Read morePlaced an order at 2:45, the delivery time was 36 minutes at 4ish I reached out to the store to follow up on my order. Was told by Darvin there was only one employee in and she was swamped with orders (understandable but how is this my fault).He advised that my order was sent via DoorDash because there were no drivers, the order was ready at 3:15 but here it was after 4 no order! He offered 1/2 off my next order to someone who was visiting for the weekend. I finally received my order 15 mins before 5, it was cold. Called the store back to be placed on hold after holding 10mins, I hung up and called back Saturday. Once again placed on hold, asked for manager placed back on hold. Tasha pu the line “hello” as if she was home, I explained my reason for calling, placed on hold again, came back to the line and offered to resend the order back out. Now had this been offers the day before acceptable but the next day be for real. Asked for the manager again, was told he would be in at 4. Sooooo who was I holding for initially. Today is Thursday and I’m still waiting on a call back from the district manager. Did I mention we were 8 minutes from the store, had someone pu the phone and called I could have picked it up....
