If I could I would give it no stars, the customer service was terrible yesterday. I was there around 4:30 myself and my wife we walked in and we were not greeted, we were sat down by the young white female hostes who did not speak to us. There was a waiter that was standing there at the hostess desk or saw us walk in and he did not greet us neither, we sat there for almost 40 minutes with no service. my wife told that same Young man Waiter that did not acknowledge us earlier that we have not been served, and at the same time I informed the young female hostess that we had not been seen yet she said that she would check on it, not only did he not come in take order or check on us ,he served the white couple that was sat down behind us and they were only sitting there for not even 10 seconds he walked right pass us and took their order, thatās unacceptable That hostess and that waiter needs to be fired, this is the second time does happen to my wife and I and the last time, we will never go there again. I feel like this place is racist because when the two white couples were sat down they were served right away we never got service and the hostess watched us walk out the front door and she said nothing, she was laughing I guess she thought it was funny. Beware! enter at your own risk if you...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreI have eaten here twice. It represented the first and second time I have ever had bland Mexican food. I mean...my wife and I both were like, "Did they season this food with diet ice? I tried the veggie fajitas with a corn tortilla. While the veggies were super fresh, I think they used five day aged cardboard shavings with a side of fermented snow...NO seasoning.
The veggies, however, were sauteed to perfection! The spinach had that micro firmness and the peppers had the perfect little crunch. The zucchini is exquisite! On the other hand, the corn tortillas were NOT the business. They tasted like a cheap, knockoff Injera...just no.
I have eaten at countless Mexican restaurants and they all share one thingārobust flavor! I have never needed to add any extra seasonings to my food from a Mexican restaurant. Maybe a splash of lime...but I shouldn't have to break out a packet of fajita seasoning. Yet, here I sit staring at the bland personified.
This food tastes like it was prepared by people who immigrated, not from Mexico or South America...they wouldn't do this to folks, but from the icy Caucasus Mountains. Or maybe from Finland, Russia, or anywhere else where the inhabitants have yet to embrace a culture of seasoning their food. Ain't nobody got time for this....
Ā Ā Ā Read moreWalked in and ordered just one drink to go, it was not even a specialty drink neither, they had me wait a long time while they seated multiple people that came in after me, by a couple of minutes. They greeted them and had them settle in there seats. Thatās what makes it a bad experience. I mean Iām very patient but to have me wait a long time for a drink was crazy. I guess they prioritized the people that were coming in to sit down and eat. They gave me the drink in a container where like you could put your salsa or pico de gallo or soup to go cup/tupper. As a Mexican my self I found that to be unacceptable, especially this being my first and last time I ever go to this establishment. As a company they need to do better because thatās not a way to serve a paying customer. Other people would be ok with that but not me. I also took pictures of container I wish it would let me upload it, so people can see. The lid was cut with a box cutter to make the x opening for the straw. How do we know if the blade that they used was sanitary and not used to open shipping boxes from god know where? Just think about that. This is not ok and I hope other people that experience something thatās not ok you should say something because our health...
