If I could’ve given this place a zero I would. Let’s start with the fact that I ordered my pizza online 1/17/2022 @5:43 pm. According to the email I was sent by Pizza Hut my order was to be ready at 6:00 pm. I even arrived there at 6:15. When I got there a customer was arguing with the manager about what time she ordered and the time she was told to pick up her order. The customer and manager were arguing. The manager states she was calling the police in which she did. The manager was clearly wrong. Mind you I just got there. At 6:30 I inquired about my order, the manager says my order would be ready in 15 minutes. At 6:45 I went back into the establishment to get my order. The manager wouldn’t even acknowledge me so I proceed to the counter, give her my name for her to tell me they do not have anything with the name so I showed her the email with the order number and confirmation and she still said they didn’t have that order. I asked her to refund me my money which by the way was $60.59. The manager stated it would take 7-10 days before the money is put back on my card. I understand they were short, it is not what you say but how you say it. That manager was very rude and should not one be a manager and two working in a place that serve customers. It is not the customers fault the establishment is short, you in no way treat people the way she did. I am in Georgia visiting and I will NEVER go to this Pizza Hut again. Today is 1/31/2022. I have yet to be contacted by anyone from Pizza Hut regarding refunding me my money. I did dispute it with my bank where I was issued a provisional credit. Read moreII used to call this place the best Pizza Hut in the city because I have never had a problem with them but now that I’m told they have new management the service has gone to hell, even with their call center. I placed an order last night at 11PM and did not get the order until after midnight, but that’s not the problem. When I got the order, it was incorrect and I managed to flag down the driver and gave it back to him. I was told that I could simply call the store today when they opened to get a refund since I did not get my order. When I contacted the store at roughly 4PM, I was immediately told that I had to speak with the general manager. Mind you I was talking to a manager at the time. I asked her if she could just send out another order and she refused and said that the general manager would give me a call and was on the way to the store now.
Around three hours later I had not received my call back as promised and I called back and was transferred from the call center to the store where I was on hold for nearly 40 minutes! I actually forgot that I was on hold because I had put the phone on speaker. I could hear a few times where they would pick up the phone and immediately put it on hold.
I call back to speak with someone in the call center and asked to speak with a manager since the store was refusing to answer. I was immediately told by them I would have to call corporate and she refused to transfer me. When I asked for the number she put me on mute and since she was rude I asked for her name when she came back and she put me on mute again. Read moreCalled in a carryout order. The guy who started taking my order put me on hold so long the call was disconnected. I called back and he asks me to "give him a minute" again. I ask for pan crust and he rings it up hand tossed crust. I correct him and even spell it out for him that I want P-A-N crust. We get to Pizza Hut and the store was nasty and the girl working the counter was so rude. There was an older lady picking up an order. She wanted to see her pizza first before paying (red flag).She was having a hard time using her card and reading the scanner. Then, the register went down. The cashier stated it would be 15 minutes before it came back up. This panicked the older lady, but the cashier kept talking to her saying, "Huh?, What?, You just gon have to wait because it's going to take about 15 minutes." Thankfully, it came up quicker than that. I'm next. I check my order and what do I see? Hand tossed crust!! I exclaim that this is not what I ordered and instead of the young lady trying to fix it, make it better, something...she stands there with her hand up as if to say, "What you want me to do?" "We out of pan crust," she finally said. "Why didn't the guy say that when I ordered?" I asked. That was our call center. Ok...I'm hungry and tired let's go. I go to pay my $45.18 bill with $46 and was rudely told that she didn't have any change and I need to get her the exact amount or something really close. ???
