This is a food place. I can't believe a regional manager hasn't been to this joint in a while. If they have, they should be canned and replaced. Nobody seems to care at this place.
An 89 grade on the health department posting was obviously generous. I can't believe I actually paid for and took away food from this place.
A customer goes to the counter while I wait for my to go order...attempts to place an order for a pizza and is told 45 min. He asks, really...? 45 min...the associate told him with a stupid 20 years old attitude, I don't know bud, that's what the computer says. I can't believe this place is in business...
I haven't eaten at Pizza Hut in 5 years...it will be another 5...should have learned my lesson, thought it would be different.

I tried to confirm with her that if my order is ready or not ( if they haven’t start on my order then I don’t want it anymore, make sense right?).
