Pizza Hut — Restaurant in Georgia

Walk in and cobwebs in the corners of the windows, absolutely filthy. New marketing stickers on the windows, so someone knows the corners are full of crap.

This is a food place. I can't believe a regional manager hasn't been to this joint in a while. If they have, they should be canned and replaced. Nobody seems to care at this place.

An 89 grade on the health department posting was obviously generous. I can't believe I actually paid for and took away food from this place.

A customer goes to the counter while I wait for my to go order...attempts to place an order for a pizza and is told 45 min. He asks, really...? 45 min...the associate told him with a stupid 20 years old attitude, I don't know bud, that's what the computer says. I can't believe this place is in business...

I haven't eaten at Pizza Hut in 5 years...it will be another 5...should have learned my lesson, thought it would be different.

Worst customer experience ever. The African American cashier lady was very rude and inpatient. She told us that we have to pay again when we were there to pick up our order. I tried to confirm with her that if my order is ready or not ( if they haven’t start on my order then I don’t want it anymore, make sense right?). She kept going away every time after I asked her “is my order ready to pick up right now?” and won’t give me a chance to say how I would want to pay. Then, she complained to me“I already told you five times that your order is ready, but you have to pay again because something is wrong on her end.” Well, because you kept going away every time after I asked you the same question and didn’t even tell us “I will be right with you” or something like that, so I didn’t even have a chance to say how I would like to pay. They did not bring all of our order we paid for, we called several times letting them know and we let the delivery driver know of the missing items and they told us they would bring it out. they did not bring it out, we called back and they told us they would refund it. they did not refund it. Manager called a week later after a review and She apologized and said to call her back when we were ready for the next order and She will give us the products we paid for and didn't get. We called back today 2 weeks later and they said She does not recall it.. We paid for items we didn't get and they have no accountability at all, they clearly do not want our business that we have continuously given for the last 5 years.
