The way the owner responds to these reviews is wild. Rude much? I placed an order for the wrong location. They made such a stink about refunding my order. It as an honest mistake and there was no way I could've driven that far on my lunch break. Also, I tried calling them right after placing my order and kept getting sent to voicemail. I called 5 times. So I placed a new order for the correct location. It's all about wording and the way you say things. Below was the explanation of the refund for my order.

"Adjustment Processed: FULL REFUND -$10.01 Adjustment Explanation from the Restaurant: Customer no longer wants order: Kellie made a mistake and ordered from the incorrect location. The store made the smoothie and had to dispose of it. We are refunding this order as a courtesy. Please refund Kellie's order in full. Thanks!"

Why make such a point to say the store had to dispose of the smoothie?! I'm sorry, but that is just poor customer service. And by reading the rest of these reviews...you all don't know how to talk to people...maybe answer the phone when somebody is calling your place...

Came in for a big order ordered online. Walking in the door Tameron was cursing about a big order that was placed 30 mins prior, not realizing it was my order which was not even STARTED. We ened up waiting 30 MORE minutes for our order all made by Hallie who did an awesome job to get them all done by herself with NO HELP from Tameron who was cursing again about having a working interview who was standing in the corner afraid. When I asked nicely if names that were provided can be placed on orders Tameron replied in a ghetto fashion "nah you figure it out"!

I walked in feeling good and left with an attitude because of 1 person being payed to do her job. If she DOES not like what it is she does she should look into getting out of the customer...

I’m a need the owner to come back or either get the adults back on board in this smoothie shop and fast! I got a peanut power punch the kids refused to transfer it out for something different or refund the money I barely tasted anything peanut butter at all on it . As you can see I left smoothie on the counter and she kept the tip and the money I paid for the product that I left

I told her call the owner we have been faithful customers but she said the owner didn’t pick up. I can’t come back until you get the adults back owner because sister really these kids are making a mess of your...
