I'd give 0-0.5 stars if possible. Absolutely ABYSMAL service after paid for appliance installation. Product ordered 7/2/2020 for 8/3/2020 delivery. Unfortunately, power went out due to rain and delivery men left the product and hookups and help schedule a service call. First we were told no service call would be scheduled despite paying for the service. After a hangup and recall, the next attempted visit was a week later. Service window originally set for mid-day, but magically kept getting extended past midnight. Of course no one showed up. After a call and "rescheduling" service was supposed to come this past Tuesday, 8/11/2020. Guess what? Nobody showed up and after calling we learned that our address (which hadn't changed since the original date of delivery when the product was delivery) was somehow "wrong" and they couldn't get to us. Lies -- a 30 minute pre-arrival call would have allowed us to correct that but we didn't get that call either. After WE called, we were rescheduled for today, 8/13/2020. BUT GUESS WHAT? We just got a call stating that one of the delivery services was in a car accident and so we have to reschedule. I pray this gentleman was not in an accident. But it is INEXCUSABLE that Home Depot claims they can't reschedule my installation setup until 8/22/20 -- more than one week from today. I WOULD NOT PURCHASE HOME DEPOT APPLIANCE INSTALLATION -- I hope its not a scam but the facts and my experience suggest otherwise. They haven't once accommodated my inconvenience or offered any remedy for the fact that they've failed to perform their obligations. We'll be a Lowe's family...

We spent also $5,000 on a set of LG kitchen appliances as a “deal” For their Memorial Day sale weeks ago and had them Scheduled for Delivery on June 6th. After waiting on that day (Saturday) we receive a call saying my range was damaged during transit and that everything would be rescheduled for delivery on June 8th (monday). I called several times throughout the week and they say they don’t know when I’ll get the appliances. They don’t even have a set delivery date. We called to have the money refunded And they Said it would go back to our cards within a day. Called again and the same people answer (very rude— Brittany and Jackson of Newnan). They say now they sent a check for $300 and that the rest (Over $4,000) can be returned directly to our card in store (about the fifth call). We drive all the way there to the store and they say they can’t refund it because the appliances are in transit to their location. Once they get the appliances they said they can refund the money then. They told me they already had them! They lie and are no help! I spoke to an acquaintance and the same thing happened to her! Home Depot kept all her money for over two months without getting the money back to her. Now I’m almost two months into my new house with no appliances and out nearly $5,000 because of this SCAM!! Read moreI had a very good experience in this Newnan Home Depot the last 3 days… I want to thank 4 people that helped me with my problems and purchases… first is Elizabeth that helped me choose what I needed and was so aware of my circumstances and stayed with me until I was completely done which took about an hour…she was so cheerful, professional, kind and understanding and she’s in flooring… next is Jessica and she was the young lady that helped me and listened to me on the phone and told me in a very kind way what I needed to do and when I went there she remembered talking to me…next was a young man named Matt who helped me find exactly what I was looking for and it wasn’t even his department and he brought the heavy tiles out to my car while smiling and very courteous…and last but definitely not least is Teresa who was so professional but helped me at the customer service desk with all my different problems and made me laugh and feel so special that I walked out of there from a frown and stressed to smiling and looking forward to the rest if my day feeling so relaxed and happy!!
