If I could give a negative number it would be well deserved, everything about this place is bad first they advertise fresh made when ordered burgers that look amazing, they came out in just a couple minutes burger was cold and flavorless the mozzarella sticks were not fresh at all and cold as well the kids meal and basket of fries came right out as well and was not fresh and cold the only thing that was fresh and burning hot was the chili cheese fries that we waited 20 minutes for, was freezing cold in there and they only had 2 small heaters going when we sat by 1 of the heaters and turned it toward us we were yelled at not to touch it even though there was 1 other table in there trying to get the heat off the other one, also burgers were so greasy, I ended up eating paper to. We were never checked on with 4 workers in there and they stayed in the back the whole time, we ordered a kids meal 2 basket of fries and 2 burgers our bill was over 65$ I could have enjoyed flavorful steaks at a steakhouse for that price take my advice and the advice of many other reviews don't visit this place horrible and I won't be surprised when they close their doors soon, if you read other reviews, you see that they comment for you to look at all their positive feedback, their positive feedback is coming from people they know, please don't be fooled
In response to the owner, I don't like leaving bad reviews, and instead of responding to your bad reviews calling your paying customers liers, take all the same bad reviews and turn them around to make your business successful and stop commenting rudeness this only proves to the customers reading our reviews what your business and yourself...

The standard hamburger comes with 2 patties of decent beef served hot on what appears to be a soft house-made bun. That is the [only] good news.
We each ordered the mushroom Swiss burgers. We shared an order of fries. The beef patties were almost tasteless due to a lack of proper seasoning. My bun also contained a large piece of mostly limp lettuce and a small slice of tomato that was hard and mostly green as it must have been the slice closest to the tomato stem. The advertised grilled onions were meager (about the size of 2 match sticks) and tasteless. The mushrooms were plentiful but also lacking flavor. The quantity of grease soaked the soft bun. My wife's burger was similar, although her tomato slice had a tinge of red color. She had only 1 fragment of grilled onion. Her burger dripped a lot more grease and the bun disintegrated. They replaced her bun with one that was more toasted to hold it together. Our sandwiches appeared to have one slice of cheese each.
The seasoned French fries had even more grease. They arrived with a little cup of white mystery sauce. It was too bland to identify. Overall, our joints won't squeak after this meal.
And, the tea was a poor substitute for a nice, cold beer (IPA?). The visit lasted just over ½ hour. We were the only customers in sight; although a gentleman did stop in to pick up a take-out order. In all, it was a woeful disappointment. Note to self: Next time...
Read moreI enjoyed another great meal at Ray's Signature Grill for lunch today. I ordered the Bronco Burger (love the Bronco sauce: mayo, jalapeno, black pepper) and the freshly made bun. The onion rings were hot, crispy, and I polished them off first because they were so tasty. (The rings come with a petal dipping sauce but I didn't try it today.) I enjoyed half-n-half sweet/unsweet tea and it was fresh! Absolutely nothing worse than spoiled tea in summer heat, but also nothing better than fresh tea in summer heat. Ray's delivered on every item! I was craving one of the decadent coffee drinks, but I'll try that on my next stop. I love how convenient this restaurant is to my NGHS/NGPG location. Makes going for a treat after a mammogram or doctor visit a little sweeter, ha! 😉 Also, the staff today were just the kindest, most sincere young ladies. Super engaging, quick and attentive. I can't say you get that service in most places these days. They seemed happy to be there, ready to serve, and pleasant in every way. The restaurant was super clean and you can just recognize the owner's generosity with little things like barrels of candy that you can just enjoy a sweet tooth indulgence free of charge. Lastly, I would say that yes the food can be served relatively fast and there is a drive-thru, but don't expect cheap fast food prices or cheap fast food taste. Everything was super fresh and quality! I think the price is comparable to a quality freshly made sub sandwich or freshly made bread/soup/salad restaurant. I believe you get what you pay for and you pay for what you get. Thanks Ray's for being delicious, cheerful,...
