Called to place an order was immediately put on hold, waited 10 minutes and hung up. Called back 18 times over the next 5 minutes and the call couldn’t go through because my other call was still on their line. Finally got through and put on hold as soon as they picked up. My boyfriend just drove up there to get the food and when he got there I was STILL on hold. He placed our order got home and was missing all the fries. I called back, was immediately put on hold again before I could even say anything. My boyfriend drove back up there to get the fries. He got there and came back home and I was STILL on hold, 23 minutes later. He started to eat his wings that were ordered wet and there was so little sauce on them that some of them didn’t even have sauce fully covering them. We will definitely not be back to this place ever. Don’t waste your time or money. $50...

They do what they have well. But . . . what they have is frozen food. I had the Philly, the meat was clearly frozen before it was cooked. Other food at the table: Bacon cheese burger - small and clearly from frozen patties. Gyro, from frozen lamb meet with a mediocre sauce. Chicken nuggets, also clearly frozen shredded processed chicken meat, but actually pretty good.

Fries everywhere, they were pretty good. I could tell the grill was clean and the fryer was too..

No wait staff, You have to wait in line to order, pour your own drinks and clear your own table. At least the table was nice and clean for us.

Someone had set up an office in the back portion of the dining room. There was an open garbage can, that kinda stunk in the dining room...

I have frequented Lucy’s in the past and was pleased with the food and service. I don’t know if they’ve changed management or what but I went here for lunch and ordered steak, gravy & onion rings @ $8.29. I was charged $12.89. After the initial shock I asked why I was charged so much. I was told there was an upcharge of $1.50 for the onion rings and I was charged for a drink. I then told them I didn’t order a drink and was told they assumed I wanted a drink. I was given a refund of $1.79 for the drink which still left me paying $11.10 for lunch. Ok, then the food was awful. If not for the gravy on the steak it would have been uneatable and the onion rings were burnt. I left hungry and unhappy. I will choose to bypass this restaurant...
