Soho Bagel Company — Restaurant in Georgia

I’ve been a customer here for almost 8 years. The quality of the food deserves much more than 5 stars. The staff is so down to earth & I’ve never received an incorrect order. I see negative reviews that say they don’t have a lot of options or don’t abide by the hours posted to google.. it’s a bagel and pastry shop. The options slim down as the day goes on, as is the case with any establishment that provides fresh food. If they close early because they’re sold out, be understanding. Patrons come here and buy the place out. Imagine if they’re sold out and stay open just for you to show up and be told they’re sold out. All while they’re paying employees to stand there and tell you brats that they have nothing to sell you. Sounds ridiculous, right? Right. If you have a problem with this LOGIC, maybe you should arrive earlier. No one in the service industry wants to be chewed out for things they can’t control. You negative nellies sound a lot like people that tip servers m less than 20% or just don’t tip at all. YOU SUCK...

This is my second time attempting to eat at this venue. Both times, I am given an old bagel and old cheese. ....despite pre tipping in advance. I assumed the first time was the timing of my arrival and all bagels ran out...However, I showed up today at opening to once again receive a stale bagel and old cheese.

The cashier at the front desk...talked negatively about the other Soho Bagel at Towne Lake upon my first visit...stating...although a husband and wife own and run both independently...this place was better...I beg to differ.

Today she and a customer behind me...an older Causian male discussed Ground Hog Day...exchanging jokes and complaints...I had to remind then of the significance of the holiday.

Great ETs! Recommend Canton location over the Woodstock one.

Unfortunately randomly their phones stop working? A few different mornings we just get the "your call can't be completed as dialed" over and over. Doesn't matter how you dial it, what phone you call from, or click the call icon from google. It's weird not sure if they take it off the hook when they don't want call in orders?

We place pretty large orders at least 3 weekends a month and these places have great bagels but honestly just getting tired of feeling like I have to beg them to take our regular business and trying to plan like family brunches and having to change the food last second bc Woodstock either isn't open or someone angry is working or Canton doesn't want to keep the phone on the hook. Frustrating. We stopped going to the Woodstock one all together and Canton is quickly approaching the "don't bother trying status".
