Listen, I’m still trying to take in the experience I had! The quality of this food is top tier. The service is outstanding yet not overwhelming in the sense that you feel like it’s fake or a performance. These guys generally care about their guest. I felt like I was eating a 5 star meal with my friends and family in the comfort of my home! That’s the quality of food and service you’ll find here. The owner is passionate about the quality of experience you’ll find, he a wonderful person. They cook every order fresh and by the order, nothing is frozen or left over night everything is fresh from the day ! I had the Philly and fries, it was made fresh in front of me and it was one of the best I’ve had. Usually after eating something like a Philly and fries I’d feel bloated and tired , but because of the quality ingredients and freshness of the food I felt rejuvenated and ready to get back to work, couldn’t believe it to be honest with you but it’s the truth. Lastly the prices are great considering the quality. This will be my go to lunch spot from now on when I’m in the area! Thank you so much for an awesome experience , please come to...
Read moreWe came by specifically to try this awesome, new New Orleans spot! We tried the shrimp platter and a Philly Steak calzone. The shrimp platter was generously served with hot, crispy fries and the best tartar sauce you could dream of on this side of the Mississippi! And, the chef informed us that the shrimp were gluten free! Perfect!
Now onto the Calzone…this really was one of my favorite parts of our meal. The garlic butter sauce on top was to die for, the marinara was seasoned perfectly with fresh basil, and the cheese was so gooey and exactly what you’d want in a calzone.
The service was so quick and FRIENDLY. We are visiting from out of state and truly would come back for both the food and friendly, amazing service. Not to mention, the food was served and presented to us beautifully, not expected from a convenience store restaurant! Give this place a try, you will not be...
Read moreIf you know, you know, but if you don’t, you should. On a whim, and based on someone else’s recommendation posted here, tried New Orleans Restaurant inside the Shell Station across from the main BM entrance. They have a pretty extensive menu, huge portions, and the prices are relatively inexpensive. There were two of us and we ordered the Baked Ziti and the Fried Shrimp PoBoy to go. While we waited, the owner, Badr, offered us a complementary bottle of water and samples of delicious pistachio pudding. He was so friendly, polite and took great pride in preparing our food. Both dishes were outstanding, fresh, homemade and a tremendous value. We left there with enough food for at least 4 people for $30. Badr also included some delicious garlic knots. We decided to try the pizza on our next visit. This little place is a hidden gem in BM that I would love to see...
