My fiance and I are new to the area and this is the closest Subway to our home. On our first trip, we received two "toasted" subs that were freezing cold - meat was cold, bacon was rubbery, cheese wasn't anywhere close to warm, let alone melted. The employee was kind and we wrote it off as a bad day and assumed maybe the toaster was broken or malfunctioning.
We went back two weeks later and figured we would give it another shot, keeping in mind to ask for our subs double toasted if needed. My fiance and I both ordered subs that needed toasted and, sure enough, they came out of the toaster unchanged. We asked the worker to put them in again and, although reluctant and obviously annoyed, he did. Even after two cycles in the toaster, we received cold subs. The cheese had just started to melt on the corners, but the bread was soft and the meat was cold. I ordered a chicken, bacon, ranch and did not receive bacon...how do you forget one of the main ingredients? Veggie station was a mess - everything mixed in together in the bins and I ended up with a bunch of random bits of veggies I did not order.

I have NOT visited this Store in over a month, BUT as soon as I walked in JACOB mentioned a KEY INGREDIENT that I like on my "Sammich" , because HE ACTUALLY REMEMBERED MY ORDER (for the most part) , and in my opinion THAT IS AS IMPRESSIVE AS (IF NOT MORE THAN) REMEMBERING MY NAME!
Each of them have a GREAT ATTITUDE/PERSONALITY, and they were even engaging in playful conversation with me (I really appreciate people who can find a reason to laugh at even the simplest things AND/OR my dumb jokes) , and that type of atmosphere is somewhat DIFFICULT to find these days in the Service Industry.

To echo, the employees are rude, slow to respond to your presence, and they seem to feel put upon by your presence there. Several instances recently -Enter the store which is filled with smoke but when mentioned to employees they were unaware, based on my repeated comments to them they investigated the oven to find a tray of bread now burned beyond asphalt' opened door to air the facility out -Entered with my son, used the bathroom to wash our hands, ate at table then my son had to go back to bathroom, in the toilet, un flushed business, the only user in between our visits was an employee....certainly if they washed their hands after they would have noticed the flush did not occur -Lastly my wife visits and is treated rudely and in an...
