Terrible customer service from an mature lady with dreads a few weeks ago with and tall blond young man who, when approached for a siracha or straw (two separate visits) stated “I’m trying to multitask here I can’t listen to you right now”. Loud store employees (literally every visit) are practically yelling at each other from across the room & bang things around so loudly it’s ridiculous. They also regularly have manager/staff discussions so loud the entire room can hear bc they are talking so loudly it’s super inappropriate to discuss staff issues in front of customers. This is not your hangout, this is a business. Usually the music is so loud not even earphones can drown it out. It was quiet and calm when the corporate guys were here then channel was changed and volume was turned UP. The exact opposite of what the CEO is trying to accomplish with the new initiatives. I know this because I read the financial/business news. on that note the reduction of discounted items the far away to cut back on visits as I spend thousands of dollars a year on Starbucks and getting these buy one get one specials and 50% off specials keep me coming back. Until you can consistently provide an upscale experience you really need to keep doing the discounts because this place is actually very annoying to spend time in. I waited inside 20 min for my drink bc they are challenged by prioritizing orders and get confused easily, every visit. Last time I was here, a very loud group of women were talking at the table in a corner and it was so ridiculous the manager wouldn’t even speak to them about disturbing the peace. This is not cool after spending $15 on a latte and sandwich day after day. Get it together. Also stop sweeping right up under people who are eating their food(me) it’s gross! Last time I was here both toilets were out and they closed early. Unfortunately I saw the same large-build brown haired female manager who also works in the Perry store who blew her nose while doing her work at the lounge table in the middle of the store and is rude to her employees. You guys really need to find better management for these stores. I’ve been in this area temporarily and I cannot wait to get back to the city. I’d spend more $ easily if this experience was better. Further, the 30-ish male manager with dreads is consistently very rude for the smallest of issues or questions. I have no idea how he still has a job here, pretends to be nice when corporate people visit but very rude otherwise...
Read moreOk. I have to leave this review. So first- with Starbucks being owned by a corporate office I don't understand why the coffee- ice- service is so different at this store. The coffee tastes 100% different than any other starbucks- including the Starbucks located behind them at Kroger. They never have regular iced coffee and if they don't they won't tell you, they just replace it with cold brew- which has a different chemical make up and can be a concern for some people who have medical issues. But regardless- outside of the food being 100% different the service is too. It's absolutely a horrible experience... Maybe yours is different but for me - every single time I have been forced to come here instead of the other locations it's been bad - and when you let them know there an issue it's a horrible attitude. And I will say this- it's almost always two people and they say things and be nasty out loud and the rest either stay quiet or just try to talk them down from being nasty- which makes me think they are members of management or management is scared of them Who knows, I just know I can't be the only one, and I'm sure won't be the last. But after the last time with the female hollering how she was just going to leave and a bunch of other nonsense.... (All because they were out of coffee and I simply asked after 15 minutes if it was ready, and they weren't busy- and they never even started the iced coffee lol) I'll never be back. Outside the service, the coffee should be the same no matter which location you go to and this...
Read moreWorst customer service I have ever received at a Starbucks. My family travels through here frequently and we stop at this Starbucks. It has never been this bad. First, the guy taking our order took several minutes to come over and take our order.. he was doing nothing at the window. When he finally came over, he was very annoyed that he had to take our order. There were 4 other customers that were sitting on their computers and already had their drinks. The drive thru had a couple of cars. We sat and waited 15 minutes for 3 drinks. We sat and watched them make the drinks and serve them to every car in the drive through before they made ours. Even cars that we watched pull into the parking lot after we had ordered our drinks. While one girl was making all of the drinks, the guy who took our order stood there on his phone, then got a broom and swept in front of the window, then got back on his phone. We likely won’t go back to...
