I hate to do bad reviews but 3 strikes and that's is it. I always order online praying that they will take time to read my order so I do not have to talk to them. However I now believe they can NOT READ each time I have trusted them too many times only to get a hard dry ASS sandwich dry meat. Half ASS made salads no cheese missing ingredients. They should look into investing in a dictionary or SOME OTHER reading material to help them comprehend what they read to help fulfill customers request. I wasted several trips back in forth call on the phone n they have the nerve to be nonchalant n unapologetic. I hope they don't give the sandwich to no one else because it dropped on the ground before I brought it back it was so dry it popped out I just picked it up n took it back to show her she wanted the sandwich instead of making mines how I asked she refunded me took the dry sandwich back she didn't throw it away. I will never go back as long as she is there. Tired Indian looking female. Probably put it back in the box to give to the next. SICK. Read moreDuring my last few visits, this location has not been adequately staffed to allow them to operate during the business hours that are published online as well as on their front door. Last night I arrived at 8:47 (maybe a few minutes before that) to find the front door locked with no other indication that they were closed. All lights were still on, including the OPEN sign and customers were still inside.
I knocked on the door several times to try to get an understanding of why they were closed and the employee refused to aknowledge my presence. One customer came to the door to advocate on my behalf. He was told that the business closes at 10:00 p.m. The employee also mentioned that he was a student, that he couldn't work past a certain time, and that he needed to allow time for cleanup.
Long story short, I'll never eat here again. I don't blame the stud now/employee because he probably doesn't have enough experience to know how to rationalize and make decisions in these type of situations. Read moreI went to the shop tonight and the kid behind the counter was weariing a stocking cap halfway on his head and his pants were down below his butt cheeks. That was bad enough but I watched him make sandwiches for several customers with gloves on, hike up and adjust his pants so they would stay just below his butt cheeks, with the same gloves on, scratch his head and play with hiss hat, with the same gloves on still, and continue to handle food, with the same gloves on. It was enough to turn my stomach and we decided to go next door for a pizza.
