0 stars! ANY GOOD REVIEWS ARE FAKE! This place is TRASH AND THEY ARE RACIST! What is the point of ordering and you all still mess up the order? THIS SUBWAY IS EXTREMELY RACIST TOWARDS BLACK PEOPLE! I had an incident before today and had to leave before getting my food because I was treated so badly! So today I order 2 foot longs on the app. I asked for them to be toasted. I get the sandwiches ICE COLD AND CHEESE IS NOT MELTED AT ALL(pictures provided). I also asked for extra mayo and extra jalapeños. Did not receive either(pictures provided). So I go in to get some jalapeños BECAUSE THEY DID NOT FOLLOW THE INSTRUCTIONS ON THE RECEIPT! I get to the counter the lady looked at me in disgust like what do you want? No how can I help or anything. I ask her can I get a cup or jalapeños and she rudely said we don’t have a cup and aggressively grabbed a cookie bag AND WITH THE SAME GLOVES SHE JUST HANDLED DIRTY CASH SHE PUT ME SOME PEPPERS IN THE BAG AND bald THE BAG UP AND HANDED TO ME NOT EVEN MAKING EYE CONTACT! I wasn’t rude or aggressive but my very blackness irritates them. I WILL TAKE THAT TRIP TO STEVE REYNOLDS SUBWAY BECAUSE THIS IS SICKENING!! Do better...

The worst experience I ever had at a Subway restaurant! I presented a coupon for a 6 inch sub. She gave me my total and I pulled out a gift card and advised her I have a dollar left on my gift card and will pay the rest with cash. She began to tell me rudely that "I have to much going on...a coupon, a gift card, its too many transactions." Excuse me? Its a simple transaction to honor the coupon and run the gift card for the remaining balance then I will pay the difference! She was either to lazy to do the transaction or didn't know how to do the transaction. She huffed and puffed while she tried to figure it out and finally came to the conclusion that it can be done once she realized the transactions can be split. I will never go back to Subway again with their high prices, their rude customer service and their lack of meat they put on your sandwich. This subway doesn't honor black people dollars, I drove to several subways none of them want to accept Subway coupons. I am about to order a sub sandwich she yelling at me we don't accept subway coupons. I said could you explain to me why she laugh at me and walk away. A white male customer said when you stop accepting them because I used mines 2 days ago. Btw they act like they don't know how to speak English but they show knows the words (no we don't accept Subway coupons). I took my black ××× to Publix and brought me a delicious sub sandwiched. Subway will never get another dime from me. Btw stop using same dirty bleach water everyday on yall floor. Don't spend a dime at this location.
