The whole situation was a bust off the rip. This is normally my spot but i invited my sister and her friend here tonight to celebrate, so of course i felt bad. The waitres was new so I always give grace because you have to give grace. She just needs to be retrained. Also, the Friday night manager was not equipped as well. Not tentative at all. Very late with all responses. So I'm coming from the bathroom and two guys broke out fighting and they were all over the place. The short dark skinned guy was wrong as heck for sneaking the other guy. They flipped our table over and knocked our chairs, drinks, and food down. Luckily my sister and her friend got up when they did. The waitress asked if my sister and her friend what happened but did not ask if they were ok!! It's a difference!! They were asked to move out the way by another staff member for the cleanup. Neither did the manager ask of they were ok, until later. Of course the establishment has no control over someone creating chaos but they are responsible for the recourse and the situation was not handled well. I will say that I enjoyed the band and the DJ. Last night 3/24/2023 was probably my third time there. After the second visit we were pretty much done with them. However, last night was the icing on the cake. We probably arrived there around 5-ish. We sat at a table. As time went by a few ladies came in and we noticed that they were decorating tables around us. I'm assuming fo a party coming in. One of our family members came late maybe around 7:45 p.m. He ordered his food and drink. After he got his order then the waitress tells us we have to move to the back room because our table was reserved! No, apology or anything. Yall have to move to the back because this table is reserved! Awful service. Then we spoke with the manager, wanting to know why no one had mentioned that the table was reserved way before then. All he had to say was he did now because he wasn't there. We get there early for the purpose of getting a good table near the bar and dance floor. Who wants to go in a back room past the restrooms. All I can say is this was a horrible experience. I ordered catfish fish nuggets and fries and neither were cooked well done. I had 2 drinks, plus the sales tax and an extra surcharge fee they added my total bill was like $60 for one person! The food nor the service received...
