Burger Kings No Longer Have Customer Service # Now I see why... Every time I'm at this location, there's a problem with the workers hearing and taking the orders. The intercom is extremely loud. You can hear all of the bickering and horse play that's going on inside, but they can't hear or make out what you're ordering. I witnessed this Hispanic guy trying to place his order. I overstood and heard what he was ordering. Then I hear the manager cut the guy off and say, "You gonna have to get out of line and come in. I can't understand nothing you trying to say." The look that poor guy had on his face was heart dropping for me. I was in disbelief. Why would he have to get out of line. She could have told him professionally to drive around and then take his order at the window. At that point, I'm wondering if a manager is around. So I asked one of the workers and she points in fear. Then Sophia turns around with her name tag written on paper and glued to a safety pin. And say, "Me!" and then ask me what I wanted. I went on to tell her trying to keep it professional, but she just wouldn't let me. As she hands me the wrong order, she demands the worker to get my oder so I can go. Then here comes the alleged owner looking as if he's been working on cars all day and extremely hungry. He tells me to go on. Not without my food. I asked for his name, and he said that he would give me his card but never did. I don't usually butt into other folks' business, but this was shameful. The reviews show that this restaurant has had problems in the past. It's hard out here for everyone, and I don't wish for failure on anybody. Please fix your intercom and be mindful of your tones and attitudes. Respect for one another...
Read moreFirst of all, the speaker was broken, so we had to wait in line for several minutes to order at the first window. Once I got to the window, I was informed that they were out of fries (really, HOW DOES THAT HAPPEN). Okay, fine, would have been nice to know BEFORE waiting in line, or while there was a MENU with OPTIONS in front of me. I order, then get my change... 35 cents in PENNIES.
Then I wait, wait, wait until I get to the second window. I literally sit there for 8 minutes before anyone opens the window. I sit there and watch them giving people inside the french fries that they were 'out of,' while my toddler asks repeatedly for his sprite. No one is acknowledging the fact that I'm there, waiting for my food.
Finally, someone comes to the window, and I politely ask for fries instead of onion rings. She says they're out, I say I can see them, she says they just ran out. I said what is going on, I just saw you giving them to people. She huffs at me and goes and gets someone else.
I can't even get into that. Her name was Regina, she said she was the manager, and she was the absolute RUDEST person I have ever encountered in food service.
On top of everything else, when we got home (we live across the street, literally 1 minute drive), the food was ice cold. Not even warm AT ALL. And I'm pretty sure my coke was half water. :(

Read moreSome people may ask why give more negative ratings than positive ones. Well we all know what they say on the commercial, but I do try to include positives alone with negatives. First let me congratulate this location on their wonderful Renovations. The bathrooms are now excellent and tolerable to the human sense of smell, the dining room is excellent and I'm sure glad they remove that 30 foot long Honey Bee attracting Hedges from right beside the drive-thru Lane. This made paying for your food or receiving your order not just a transaction but an Adventure. So we say goodbye to the bad times and hello to the new. Simple I was in the Drive-Thru and I ordered the two for $4 bacon egg and cheese croissant for my son and I. We ordered at around 10:30 and the baseball game will starting at 11. I received my order and I pulled away like an idiot but I did not get very far when I noticed that my sandwich was ice cold. I'm not in belching but I'm telling you it's appeared like the sandwich was made 3 hours ago and left out for my arrival. So I doubled back and got out of the car and went in, after five minutes I was able to give them their cold sandwiches back and then I waited until 10:42 and I received my new sandwiches.
