Poorest quality pizza I have ever recieved from a Little Caesars. I have frequented many LCs in and out of the state and this is my first experience being told that "If I want [my pizza] out of the oven, it'll be $1". Seriously?! I have to pay extra because i want my pizza made fresh? The same pizza you were going to put in the oven 5 minutes after I leave anyway? Ok, whatever. After deciding that an extra fresh pizza was not worth the extra money, the cashier promptly brought out a cold pizza with large bubbles in the middle. When I requested another one, she gave me another pizza that looked no better. Because they had no other pizzas I did not hesitate to ask for the fresh pizza I had wanted anyway. The cashier's attitude was as nasty as the cold pizza. She flung the pizza I had rejected onto the floor in a loud huff. A short while later I peered at the fresh pizza she had brought me (but to be honest it didnt look that great either) and gave my consent. I didnt want to create more a fuss. However, I wish that I had. It was THE WORST PIZZA I HAD EVER RECIEVED FROM A LITTLE CAESARS. The crust was flat, there was little sauce, and the cheese was stiff and thin. In all honesty, I would not eat there again, even if it was free. In conclusion, save your money. Horrible service combined with horrible pizza will ensure that I will not visit this location or any other location under the same owners ever again. Wish I could give it less than one star.
TL;DR:
Some of the rudest employees I have ever had the misfourtune to meet, along with the WORST Little Caesars pizza I have ever eaten, will keep me away from this location for the rest of my life. Would give less than one...
Read moreThe customer service at this Ellenwood location is HORRIBLE. I called in an order on June 1,2019 In the evening. I wasn't told that the garlic butter and parmesan would be an additional price and she said that my order would be ready in 10 to 15 minutes. When I got there a young man was at the counter and I told him that I was there for a call in order and have him my name. He told me thathe didn't have anymore 5 meat pizza and that I would have to wait. I explained to him that I called my order in and the young lady told me 10 or 15 minutes so I got there within 16 minutes. I asked for the manager and he stated he was the manager, he was very rude and disrespectful about him giving away my order and now I had to wait another 10 to 15 minutes on another pizza. I told him that I was unhappy and I wanted the name and number to a manager above him. He acted like he didn't know anyone's name or number and them he finally tore off the top of a receipt and told me that I could leave. I told him that I'm not going anywhere without my pizza. His attitude was very unprofessional and disrespectful. He also told me that my pizza would have been cold. To my understanding those are heated ovens that they place the pizzas in once they take them or of the oven. He also refused to give me his name, but was fast about giving me another manger named Sam. Everybody don't have great customer service skills so I think they should not be up front dealing with customer at all...keep them in the back making pizza and boxes. I have over 30yrs in customer service and I've never been so unprofessional add...
Read moreI went to Little Caesars for 2 cheese pizzas. They were out of Hot & Ready and said it would be 6 minutes. I said fine, but be sure that there is not a 3 inch crust, a problem I have has with the Ellenwood location. The guy said OK and talked to the "Cook". The cook brought the 2 out when they were done. Like an idiot, I did not look at them. The one on top was great. The one on the bottom was as bad as I have ever seen (see attached photos).
So I took it back. The same guy who took my order was there & I reminded him I was the guy who did not want 3 inch crusts. I showed him the pizza. He said "that is the way they come out sometimes". He said they use a ring-guide to spread the cheese.
I told him this was unacceptable to me. He just stood there! He did not say "I sorry, let me fix it." He did not say "let me refund the amount." His attitude was, "they come out that way. " I told him he could keep the pizza and I was never coming back!
I walked out and looked on the outside of the building for emergency contact number for the business. I could not find it. I went back in and ask for contact information for the owner. He said he would contact the owner for me. I told him not to bother, I would take care of it myself. He stood in front of the business license, so I took a picture of the food service permit to get the owner's name. Have yet to find a way to...
