Papa Johns Pizza — Restaurant in Georgia

Worst experience ever!!! The manager Jordan should be fired immediately! We ordered two pizzas they out sourced the delivery through door dash. Door Dash only delivered one pizza and they left the pizza on the floor and ants got in the box. We called the store to complain and Jordan (the manager) said "that's not our problem". We cannot give you a refund but we can offer a store credit.

Understand that we order two pizzas a week from this location. We have never asked for any refunds or credits in the past and to be treated as if we are trying to work the system is insulting. The manager never apologized for the service that she is supposed to be in charge of. She rolled her eyes and played with her tongue ring as I explained what just happened. This was extremely frustrating and I am shocked that Papa John's (the company) would employ someone so under qualified for the job.

I would conclude by saying if this is what is to expect from Papa John's moving forward then maybe it's best we take our business to Pizza Hut...

I have waited Since 2:01 p.m. for my order to be delivered, the door dasher just pulled up at 3:41 p.m. to deliver my food which I turned him around because I just spoke to the Sorry manager at this location who put me on hold for 10 minutes and when I called back I couldn't get through I finally had to keep calling for her to answer the phone 3-4 times which she tells me the driver just left with my order. I asked her for a refund because the wait time is unacceptable for me. I'm pregnant and I have two kids that's hungry. If yall can't make people's orders without a almost 2 hr. Wait time maybe this location should close down. This is by far the absolute worst service I've ever been given at a Papa Johns. This location is absolutely terrible. The fact she thought I should be okay with my order being delivered almost 2 hours past the time it said it would be delivered Is absolutely absurd. I ordered two papadias online. I tracked my order via papa John’s tracker. The driver was right in front of my yard turned around and drove 10 minutes away from my house. My husband called the store the manager who is very unprofessional along with her staff told my Husband to hold while she tries to contact the driver and hung up the phone they were about to close so of course every time we called back the manager had it going straight to recording like they were closed. The driver finally arrived 20 minutes later he appeared to be drunk food was extremely cold. I asked why he didn’t call me if he didn’t know how to get to my residence. His answer was I was going to call you when I got in front of your yard. I told him that he was in front of my yard 20 minutes prior. Every time I try to give this place a chance it’s never right. The owner needs to come see what is really going on with his store or either close it down because this place is giving papa John’sa bad look...
