American Deli — Restaurant in Georgia

I went to this American deli today and was very disappointed! I have been to 3or 4 of these restaurants in the past and always had good food and great service but the franchise is well below par! First I went to go to the bathroom and was told the bathroom wasn’t available to the public! I can understand not wanting people coming Olin just use the restroom but I had already ordered and paid for my food! I had to just hold it! It took them much longer than it should have taken ! We finally got our food and left! The employees were very rude and when we got back home with he food it washed even right! The fry’s were cold my Phil cheese had green peppers that I ask not to have and my girlfriend’s burger was very under cooked! I have been working in the restaurant business for over 40 years and eating at restaurants all my life! This has to be in the top 10 worst experiences I have ever had in my entire live! Please save your Money and go anywhere else! These owners don’t appreciate your business! There are so many other places that will appreciate...

I would give it no stars if I could...not because of the food, but the service. We arrived 30 minutes before closing and was not greeted, but instead barked at and told "we only got wings and fries. The grill closed cause we bout to close". All the time she is wiping the counter in front of us hoping I guess that we say never mind and walk out. I looked at my husband and he was like we are already here. 20 minutes later our food was ready at now 9:50 and before we could get our napkins and condiments, the lights were shut off on us while we were still in the store. We ordered wings and did not get any ranch or ketchup. Found this out when we got home. I would never recommend American deli to others. We normally go to WnB factory, but they were closed. I could never understand why the wnb franchise keeps opening stores next to american deli, but I see why now. The product is pretty much the same, but the service is so much...

Idk what are people's expectations with all these bad reviews. My husband and I went there despite the horror stories because we wanted something other than BK or McDonald's. We ordered a Philly cheesesteak, wings, fries and fried shrimp. EVERYTHING was damn delicious! The customer service is good too. They do their job and they do it right! This ain't Disney World if you want to be treated like royalty go to Eddie V's or Ruth Chris. This is a local gem who knows how to make delicious food at an affordable price and has an amazing peach juice that if you mix with their lemonade you'll take it to another level (this was a recommendation by several people that came in picking up their order while we waited for ours). My only regret was not getting a larger size drink. We will definitely be back! And to be honest I don't think anyone there gives an ish of your bad reviews lol. Just give em' a try you won't be...
