I had a terrible experience at this location today. My 5 yr old daughter lost her ipad at the restaurant earlier in the day between 3-5pm. I returned to the restaurant at 6 o'clock pm to see if it had been turned in, I was dismissed by the man behind the counter I asked him if there were any other employees he could ask and I was told NO. I went back out to the car to bring my daughter in and there was a female employee there(I thought he was alone), I asked her if she saw it- she was nice and responded no and tried to ask the man if he saw it I told her that he told me no one else was there, she apologized and continued working. I returned around 9 pm to see if the location had cameras. The nice woman from earlier came out and said yes, I asked her if they worked she said she believed so but had to check with the man. When he came out he told me that he had no idea and would have to ask his manager. I asked for the managers number- the man told me he had no way to contact the manager/owner of the store. I asked so what if you have an emergency he told me I could try back tomorrow at 2. Now again I was not and still am not accusing anybody of anything I was just asking for help. My daughter lost something in this store that was very valuable, and I realize that she will probably not get it back but I am EXTREMELY displeased with the customer service. I find it impossible to believe that there are employees working in a store and they have no way of contacting their manager, is that even legal? While this is a lesson for me and my daughter it is a lesson for you as well, this is not how any customer should be treated and unfortunately we will never visit this location again. Again the young girl that was there seemed to be as helpful as her job title allowed but the man in charge was rude,dismissive,and even flat out lied to me. I was told he would make some more meatballs. Called back after maybe 20 mins because the app stated delivered and was told the dasher left and that the order was being completed at that time. Waited 30 mins and called again 8:30pm and was told they were closed and that I could not get my order I asked if I could come grab it real quick and was told no because they are walking out at that time. The subway site says they close at 9 and I'm only 5 mins away I could have been there quickly. I asked about my food and it's just sitting in the store and I can't get it because they were leaving, 30 mins early. The guy I spoke with each time sounded like he didn't know anything nor how to answer any of my questions. I don't know who was in charge but it SHOULD be the younger one. Y'all need to do the ole switcheroo with em, or get rid of the rude older one. The way she spoke to was absolutely disgusting. I've never been spoken to with such disdain not even in a just restaurant setting but in my entire everyday life. {I'm not even overreacting here} I felt like I did something to her and I'm just tryna get a meal.
